Chocolate is an acceptable ingredient for making curry. There are tons of different ingredients you can use to make curry dishes. Chocolate is one of them. It is similar to making Mole sauce.

Curry leaf isn’t what curry powder is made of. Curry powder is a mixture of spices. Curry leaf doesn’t have much of a taste of it’s own though it is included in some curries or masalas. Though it is most commonly seen in Indian sambar.
