If your occupied with overthinking and nonstop self talk , it will keep you in another world. You will be working but your mind is not in that spot, your mind is again occupied in the same series of thoughts. This habit causes Memory Loss and non stop forgetfulness, Parkinson diseases and what not. The moment you get these thoughts of sadness, anxiety, stress etc start Shooting the shaitaan with tasbeeh, ayat khursi, etc. Again those thoughts come, again start tasbeeh. Result : Your memory has come back and now you remember everything, better focus and better concentration. Tried and Tested by self

Begin Tasbeeh, some strong zikar like ayatul khursi, 4th Kalima etc. 💪. Those thoughts are waswasa...chatter of shaitaan. When your Thoughts begin, your tasbeeh should begin, repeat. You gotta throw some Nuclear Bombs on shaitaan. Morning & Evening Azkar will bring an angel army to your rescue.

People do meditation,but for me Zikar has helped me a lot and also made me Fall in love with Allah and strengthen my bond with Allah naturally. Now I have Allah on my mind.

Yo, what sin are u talking about? I've been suffering from contamination OCD since 2016 and my life has turned upside down since then. It's a living hell on earth. Since then, I've only strayed further away from islam and Allah, blaming Allah for giving me OCD since it's a disease (psychological disorder) and i was taught Allah gives us diseases to test us and vice versa. I'm hanging onto life somewhat bcos of the medications doctor gave me. Or else i wud've prbly commited suicide by now . 😢

It's beautiful, this video seems like the answer of my prayer. I feel terrible, i feel desperate and sinful. A few days ago while reciting salah I broke down as I realised I wasn't paying attention to my salah, I wasn't feeling the peace or any feeling within my heart as if I was dead. That moment I broke down, I realised I was getting away from Allah. I'm a sinner and I knew I'm doing a sin and today I saw this video. This is a beautiful video. I felt the soothing power and its like ive been cleansed somewhat. Everything about it is beautiful and i want to learn more. There more power in the heart and spirit than people realize and it really could make a difference. I feel like i relate to this. I try to follow the light so i can be cleansed and make whats inside stronger. I always try to stay true to who i am and not get lost. To me my fear would be losing myself with no way to get up with no care, because at least in punishment you know where you did wrong. A lost person just wouldnt know why. Thats why guidance is important.

I was just a moment ago praying and i stayed so long at the sujoof just doing duaa that allah may get me to stop a sin that I really engaged into. And that i want him to support me. And after i was done this video popped up on youtube after i was done subhanallah. It’s like it was a message for me. I really do feel like im distant and i feel that im having lack of knowledge and i have witnessed some closed doors recently. May allah just guide us all
