Amazing content! The most interesting part is the way you back every skill with neuroscience. Our brains are wired in such a way that whenever we are asked to build a habit for which underlying mechanism has been explained, it's pretty easy to follow that habit. bhaia i am in 12th and I don't want to go school because there they don't teach anything and also waste my 7-8 hours but its important for me so the problem is my PFC knows that i should go to school but my limbic brain overrides when the time comes to go to school ever time and i couldn't control it its too strong what could i do bhaia help (this was also a problem in my past) because my previous school created traume
