Thank you for sharing this. I really enjoyed the Amygdala explanation and calming effect. I look forward to look more into this part. Just learned a couple of days ago about a guy who wrote a book about him throwing dices whenever a choice came his way and just following the dices. As I understood it, he felt so much more free. Probably because of not choice fatique.

I have a question which I recently find out. I am having focus problem but what i realized is that i am not fully present on one task because when i am cleaning house or talking with somebody I will always have airpod on my phone listening how to concentrate or any other podcasts so could this leads to problem on focus?

Control brain 1.Awarness towards consumption 2.Detach yourself from digital video .Ask why and practise critical thinking that why Am I doing this and who gets benefitted from from this? 3.Live intentionally with awarness while you are doing something

Bubbles of concentration 1. Bubble of time - find ur most productive time of the day ( mrng ,evening or night ) when u feel u can concentrate better 2. Bubble of space - keep ur study space clean, organised and without any distractions of sound and people 3. Bubble of energy - eat light and high protein food before ur study sessions and prioritise sleep 4. Bubble of task - avoid multitasking. List out ur tasks based on priority and importance 5. Bubble of thought - to avoid distractive thoughts do meditation and breath work before ur study session. ( Tip : whenever i get a distractive thought i write it down in a sticky note..it can be ur past regrets or present issues or future goals just write it down so u can come back to it once u complete the task ) +. ( Once u complete the task comeback to the distractions list in the sticky note and journal about those thoughts to clear it out from ur mind. Once u start this distractions list method u will find few distrating thoughts that are repeating everyday... Now these are thoughts u have to work on , heal the traumas and transform ur life ) Best wishes for u all ❤✨
