I love the transition between Renai Circulation and Dancin because it shows how BPM isn't the only thing that contributes to how fast a song feels. Even though they are going the same speed, Renai Circulation "feels" slower than Dancin.

Thats because of how the rhythm of the melody is delivered. Dancin is more fast-paced in terms of delivery.

technically, it is slower than dancin. You can tell cuz dancin slightly isn't on sync with the metronome and the beat is landing just a bit earlier and earlier than the metronome.
