Well, my next "foolish" investment will be a carnivore food truck outside the university in Lancaster, England. I can only imagine the sales I'll make from grass-fed brisket, rib eye steaks, and a nice, thick Porterhouse done to perfection. @@Ashtarot77 I love steak and kidney . Since I became a carnivore it's been a regular. Beef on its own contains pretty much everything a human needs to live( not to mention the taste yum yum yum). I know kidney can be an acquired taste but I love it and again it's full of essential nutrients ( really cheap too) have fun hope you enjoy. My recipe is really simple brown the meat and kidney season Worcestershire sauce is good bit of quality vinegar(balsamic, cider etc) then honey to counter it. Then simmer it until you think it's done longer the better slower(via heat) the better. 👍

@@TJ-bs4wv I pay about 6 dollars for a kg of beef. It doesn’t matter what cut it is because they just hack off chunks with a machete. But I don’t care, meat is meat! Full chicken (1.4kg) is about 7 dollars each. Pork is really cheap at about 5 dollars a kg. I buy minced beef (hamburger) at 4 dollars a kg. Cured meat like bacon is a specialty product and we pay more here than you do in the states. All in all it’s pretty damn cheap to be a carnivore here.
