Restaurant back in California, they had a great sign, "Lost Children will be given two Capaccino's and a Kitten." I always got a chuckle seeing that one. Get them hyped up and then hand them a tinny kitten. If that doesn't make parents cringe and keep track of their kids, nothing will.

My first job was at a gas station next to I-5 in southern California. Cleaning the restrooms was always a joy: people coming up from Mexico would just throw the used TP on the floor because we didn’t think to provide them the usual wastebasket 😄. Now I’ve lived in Latin America and still travel there a lot, and… you just get used to using the wastebasket, after the first couple of days when you forget and flush it out of habit.

1:56 was not a real sign, it was a joke by the store that put it up to draw attention. We often do food days at work and keep lots of it in the fridge. As a reminder, we put up a sign stating "food in the fridge" or whatever the message needed to be. To this day, we still have no clue who kept making signs that spelled 'fridge' as 'frig'.

The difficult to understand sign near the beginning is a warning against welding spatter. Fumes and metal compounds from welding, that's a stick welder being held on the left. strange it's not got an eye warning on it as well as unprotected eyes will end up dry, painful and damaged by exposure to high energy parts of the e-m spectrum. The light alone is so intense as to be a problem. The U-V is another matter.
