The combo is actually a lot faster if you W first as you can q in the end lag of your auto attack and ideally you are in E for the bonus attack speed so you should do E->W->Auto->Q->Auto

1 Sec is the average time for a full tank to get bursted by 1 behind ADC and 1 average Control Mage who just pressed all his buttons. Not very convincing. 1 Sec is bacially 1 Sec later than any ADC got one shot by a 2/6 Rengar.
