That last game was MENTAL. I had a game like this once, which I thought was dead lost, a team game, where me (green) and another player (blue) were left with a combined 30% against the white armada. Thankfully, their land was pretty divided, with their strongest about 3/4s our strength, with me as the crown. I held off a 3v1 while helping my ally fight down a 2v1, and returned in a tidal wave from east, with me barely surviving in the end. It was a crazy game!

I've been through one of these, too. But, I was in loaing team, seeing that one eating us one by one, when we are more combined, but we can't fight as one.

Contrary to Corgi's opinion, I think Turan played that really well. Not without mistakes, but still pretty well. He kept his troop count up while the black team lost all their troops. Good video Corgi

I think Turan was being slow and steady, not the best strategy there is for this kind of map, but it is always reliable.

@@Blynded In this situation it very nearly cost them the game multiple times. It is definitely *not* always reliable. When you have only large players with very low troops on your borders you absolutely need to attack with strength. The only saving grace here was the incredible incompetence of the black team.

Also just to re-iterate for people new to the game; If you're sitting at red interest you can keep your troop count up *AND* attack. If you're sitting at red or max and you have only people with half your troops on your borders you are literally throwing the game if you're not attacking.

16:08 i think what he's doing is letting the other guy go down so we can consolidate all of the land. I've died from teammates doing that so many times. The only reason I think that is because the moment the teammate drop is when he started attacking again

They had a lot of weak players and bots that got easily cleared out

More land does not equal better if the land can't be used efficiently. I don't know the ins and outs of the game, but it seems like the more troops you conserve, the more you get which is why you want to reach red interest and so the donating teams from black threw away all their land efficiency by doing the stupid thing of donating and keeping their troop counts small instead of abusing this mechanic. I may be wrong here, and so if i am, there's something else going on with so many bots being left on the field and as we know bots are a liability so you want to give them up which black did not.
