I 100% agree on your thoughts on the Friend Zone. I DNF'd it as Rom Com's are not for me and the hero and heroine were not clicking with me. I gave her another try with the second book in the series but the 2nd half of the book drove me crazy. I don't think Abby is for me.

Yeah, it's gonna be a while before I decide to give the author a second chance. But unfortunately, most likely not.

I tried to read Broken Bonds multiple times and dnf’d each time. I don’t think she’s the author for me.

Yeah, I'm gonna try Broken Bonds and if I don't enjoy that one, then I think the author's writing isn't for me.
