Less teeth on your pulley means less torque. The higher the tooth count, the greater the torque and thus the top speed is lowered. You seem to be saying something different.

Yes, he said it one way and then I think mistakenly said it the other way when he showed us the actual riding footage. So that 32T should have a lot less torque and higher top speed.
