Repetitive mistakes in trading: 1. Never go against the market! 2. Never make a random entry 3. Fear of Missing out! 4. Wait for the market to come to your setup. 5. Don't choose a higher position or a deep ITM strike if you can't manage it technically and mentally. 6. Once you get the first signal that the market looks like go against your set up, cut the trade immediately. No second thoughts! 7. Always enter a trade with a stop loss. If the stop loss hits, accept the small initial loss. Don't make the small loss into a big loss by waiting with false hope. 8. Don't be greedy once you hit your target or fear once you hit your stop loss. Be patience. 9. Never over trade. 10. Don't fall in analysis paralysis. 11. Take success and failure as equal. There are many opportunities out there. 12. Never get into a trade with old baggage. 13. Never compare with anyone in trading. Compare only with your previous version alone. 14. Start writing your trading journal right now. 15. Don't choose a script that you're not familiar with or comfortable with. 16. Choose your own strategy and start improving along with back testing and real trades. 17. Meditate (things you like to do and which you missed for sometime) to keep your mental health. 18. There is no such thing as a shortcut for quick success.

what does help me to stay the course is sticking with certain trade setups i need to see. I dont need to recognize ALL possible trades, just the ones that 'talk' to me, to my strategy. as long as i dont see them i am sitting on my hands doing nothing. its a really good feeling to know what you are looking for and only acting when you see it. i found out that most of my poor trades came simply from the fact that i had no strategy and was letting the market throw me around like a leaf in the wind, and thats also the cause of the lack of discipline. If you don't know why you should be disciplined then no wonder you're not.

I would like to thank you the secret mindset! I’ve learned all your techniques. I tweaked some of it to work with my style and it’s been crazy. I make 30-40k a month and it’s great. When you can control your emotions is when you can understand exactly what he is teaching. My first encounter of controlling my emotions was when I loss over half my account in one day $40k. I kept my calm and waited it out. Week later it all came back. That was when I first listening to your videos. And now I always close my trade everyday.

As you have done many times before, the timing of the lesson is wonderful. So many people out there say you won’t learn much from a paper money account other than the mechanics of how to use the platform. Your approach is an “outside the box” thinking. Push that paper money account till it breaks then reset it. I often use the paper money account to trade in times when the setups are very uncertain or I want to test a new options trade idea, or feeling FOMO so I just go Paper Money to get the thrill of participation without the downside if it does not work. I can use larger size in the demo account to experiment with scaling in and scaling out so that “unforced errors” with real money are at a minimum. Today’s market is seemingly driven by “market mechanics” above all else.

17yrs ago started trading, could not drag myself into making money for longer periods than 6 weeks. March this year, I changed my approach. Only using supports and trend lines and rsi and stoch to find saturation. What really changed though is having a record of my feelings thoughts and physical condition pre and post trading. Finallybroke through magic 6 week period of profits into 3 months period. Last month i went back to starting point with my capital, but I do not care, Finally I got into correct mindset, last month I have reduced 30% of drawdownn, and seems that next year I will start make consistent profits. Ur feelings are the most important part of trading.

This Video is insane! Every day I am getting better at dealing with my emotions and this Video improved them again! I am using your 1 Minute scalping Strategy mostly on the NASDAQ in the morning (from one hour before the Open until 30 minutes before the Open at 9:30 in america) and it works perfectly! But I use it in combination with a little Bit of Higher time frame Analysis (Trend and Support and Resistance). Thanks for all of your great Videos and your Trading course!

I’ve Recently Learned, from over the past Several years of Failures, to Focus on 1 Asset. For me, it’s Options on the SPY on the 5 Minute. I’ve now Learned to Only use the Fibs or the Swing High or Low Breaks on that Timeframe, or Breaks of Previous Daily High or Low. It Took a Long Time to Come to where I am at Now, with Tens of Thousand’s of $ in losses along the way. I Now have a Set Entry, Stop and Take Profit OCO order that fills Automatically, when I Enter a Trade.

Great video. So much truth. In trading futures, too much leverage tempts me to move the stop loss or remove it all together. The more I lose on the trade, the more I want to stay in and get it back. Next thing I know, the loss I would have had on a stop loss looks mighty small compared to the potentially infinite loss now. Great lesson to learn in a Demo Account!
