Just a reminder Awareness is being in present time not in a past thought or trauma….it’s like touching a chair and admiring the quality of the chair or whatever and not thinking but recognize what is truly around you Present Time…. be in the now….

What is the high pitch chirping? It would be easier to focus without this sporadic noise. I mean well, just not sure you realize it.

There are very loud screechy sounds behind you that are disturbing for my ears. I have to keep letting go of that on top of the nice process you are giving. It would be cool if next time you find a quieter place.
