I need help ( I released programs about my old character now I don’t even remember how I was what I was doing))) it is incredible sedona method saved my life I feel happy now but emptiness sometimes , I don’t know what I do with myself now because I released old character now I don’t know how to act 🤣 please help, I feel strange with myself and everyone, is it normal?

Yes normal. The emptiness is there so it can be filled with love and light. Can I suggest you keep visualising yourself filling with love and light? I do this every time I clear something (as long as I remember to!). ❤
