The alien threat has run rampant. After the events of Alien Shooter the outbreak has spread to most parts of the world. A small European town now faces their wrath and the only person in their path is a man named Theseus. Using ludicrous amounts of ammo Theseus must find out where the aliens are coming from and put an end to their seemingly endless spawning. Along his way Theseus must rescue survivors, plant explosives and commandeer mounted gun turrets and tanks in order to put a dent in the alien onslaught.
Theseus: Return of the Hero is an isometric shooter game where you direct where the hero will walk with the keyboard while he shoots at what you aim at with the mouse. This sequel to Alien Shooter uses the same engine as the previous game and will see its titular hero travel from forest to city in his quest to crush alien invaders. He has access to six weapons and multitudes of other upgrades that will help him survive. There is money to be collected as well throughout the levels which will help him purchase bonuses from the shop he enters between levels. The main quest is ten missions with a Survivor mode available for those feeling up to the challenge. The survivor mode is same as others in that the onslaught continues until you die and you see how long you can last.

It's only 1.0 everything was broken, I love the M240 Machinegun sadly the Remake for Lost City was damn hard to grind coins

The key was to replay the campaign again and again until you get the weapon you wanted, since the everything carried over even starting a new campaign

SPOILER WARNING Yes all of theese games are connected so theseus return of the hero is a sequel of alien shooter ( before alien shooter 2) the time line in theseus return of the hero is after the paid agent went to one of magma energy corp's buildings where alien shooter takes place ( where he is tasked to check the place if anything is wrong because in that building they were testing on thoose alien life forms and a few days later lost communication. But uh oh thoose alien guys took over building so the agent needs to kill all aliens there) after killing the final boss in alien shooter there is a cutseen of a single small green frog like alien managed to escape the complex and went to the sewers to mutate into the alien queen in theseus return of the hero. So our guy theseus ( he is a paid soldier) got sent by magma corp to stop the aliens once again because they reproduce and mutate VERY fast. So theseus needs to cleanse a large area consisting forests, the country side, highways, a city, a city park and an large castle where the alien queen is nesting. ( sorry if i write a lot i just want to explain )

Aliens assaulted the Earth. Despite all the human efforts to resist monster invasion, the blood-thirsty creatures keep occupying new territories. Theseus, the hero of this game, arrived in a small European town and got into the very middle of such a battle. Of course Theseus immediately joins the fight against the aliens.
