Also Death 13 has literally no defensive capabilities, its user can be defeated by a normal human if he doesn't get the chance to attack first. It's actually rather weak because of that, you have to rely on your opponent sleeping and on yourself not getting attacked. It's the ultimate glass cannon. Once you got your victim trapped, they basically insta-lose. However, if your enemy doesn't need sleep like Anubis or Kars, you're screwed and you are always defenseless. Death 13 would be a lot better if it had some sort of bites the dust where anyone who tries to uncover your identity is put asleep or something like that

Theworst The problem isn’t that it is an ineffective technique,it can be very effective(Making a clean hole in Dio’s shoulder) but about 90-100% of part 3 stands and 90% of all stands in general are A in speed,impossible to hit without another A in speed stand so it doesn’t really get a chance to even land.Either way when I defend him having good offensive potential I am pointing to the 20 meter emerald splash which should be able to at least get a single good hit on some/most of the cast of jojo’s if you remove “end of part” protag stands

I'd agree if it wasn't for Sethans ability to contort its shape and attack with the shadows of physical objects held by Alessi. Most people make the argument that Ultimate Kars could detect the air movement of a Stando, but I'm not sure if the same could be said of Sethan as its a shadow. I could definitely see Alessi getting Kars to stand in his shadow long enough to revert him to Penultimate Kars, and then blitzing him with shadow manifested weapons. Not to mention if they happen to be in sunlight when Sethans ability takes effect, Kars is done for. Very circumstantial however

Tyson Sluymers As far as I’m aware, Alessi cannot be affected by his own shadow, a Stand with a similar ability would probably be able to affect him. Also, if you say that Kars has a faster, stronger and more efficient version of the Stand, then that’s not the same Stand. It’s a different Stand entirely with a similar ability. Also, negate doesn’t mean irrelevant, if you negate something, you nullify it. If you’re poisoned and negate the poison, you’re no longer poisoned.

Even without its flames, in the Judgement fight it managed to crack Judgment with its kicks (while Silver Chariot, a very powerful stand, was unable to hurt it)

I like how every single person forgot how broken Anubis is. It literally cannot die. Even after star platinum broke it, Anubis possessed a child who tried to stab jotaro but was tripped by iggy, sending him flying into the water, which he could have avoided by not phasing through a wall out of panic. I feel there's an argument to be made that, if the benchmake between A and S tiers is the ability to defeat Ultimate Kars, and especially if we're looking at the stand itself and not the users, *[Yellow Temperance]* has the potential to be S tier; It's practically indestructible, has great shock absorption when used as a shield, and literally eats and assimilates flesh. Meanwhile Ultimate Kars's abilities all revolve around shape-shifting or otherwise being/ creating other creatures or their natural biological properties but better, meaning anything he throws out is something *[Yellow Temperance]* can eat. When you add the user into the conflict it complicates things and tanks YT's chances pretty hard, but I think the stand itself would win that fight if Kars couldn't kill or incapacitate the user first.

Your body uses some part of the energy it gets from for example food, and part of flesh to not let You bleed out from a single paper cut, so it needs both energy and mass, so here's a little problem with super regeneration, after regrowing an arm, in best case You would be barely able to walk, and in the worst case You would be barely alive. So after losing half of his body, Kars wouldn't have enough resources to regenerate, that means He can be defeated by any stand that absorbs/erases matter really fast. That also means that Notorious B.I.G. is also able to kill Kars.

NaCl That doesn't change the fact that time stopping is an absurdly broken ability that is completely unrivalled by any ability in part 3, so putting any stand above them doesn't really make sense. As for Kars, they're definitely strong enough to defeat him the same way Joseph did, and much like most opponents, he wouldn't be able to do anything to defend himself within stopped time.

Sure it'd take a lot of time, but, there's absolutely no way Cream would be able to land a hit on Dio/Jotaro, and he's going to need eat or rest eventually. As for Kars I'm pretty sure that freezing him until his brain basically shuts down does count as winning. And again, he can't hurt them in stopped time

Kakyoin meant to miss ‘tower of gray’ so that’s another list of good uses, also it can control people or just go in them and explode outwards to kill them. Silver chariot, misses a bullet but hits a literal beam of light while going so fast he looked like a blur when the literal beam of light was going slower than an average human walking. That means he’s so so so much faster than the speed of light lol. Emperor is so op. it can turn really fast hol horse somehow reacted to silver chariot’s sword swing, meaning if fate wasn’t involved he could’ve easily made the bullets tun away or even fully around so they didn’t hit him lol. Sun should be higher. It should be at least B tier because the user just hides underground in a cold bunker, no gets to him/her and they just die because he shoots sun rocks everywhere just destroying and killing everything. Death 13, you can only remember it if you bring your *STAND* with you, non-stand users aka kars who I believe needs sleep or something like it would not remember it ever also death 13 can just instantly kill people in the dream by getting rid of kars’s regeneration lol.

Does anyone remember that Death 13 has healing properties? The stand has full control over the dream and such can alter the bodies of those trapped thus he can heal pretty much any wound or ailment. (Potentially)
