The usual long range assault and reinforcements again, but this time the reinforcement is a little too much. Even Ray had a really close shave with them.
Anyway, the objective is to seize the gate, where the boss is standing on. He's not bulky physically, especially when triangle attack plus the magebane exist. Obviously I didn't bring the fliers, so I had to rely on something else.
I am not sure whether more reinforcements will actually spawn upon opening the doors or destroying the wall, but I didn't bother since I can actually move to another path.
Prosel talking to Carrie will spawn our own NPC reinforcements, but I had totally forgotten about it, so the last few turns are rather risky with the crazy amount of enemy paladins.
There's also a sidequest with keeping Gerard alive, but given that he's an NPC, I had to rescue him just in case he did something stupid, which cripples one of my potential attackers and slow things down.
