Ok love this idea. But I did something little different. I went to dollar tree bought tiny little pockets bible. Then fixed prayers for each child. The stickers and bible very cheap. Have 20$ and several bible and stickers. Just thought I give you guys my idea too. Love this concept and I have 2 compact bibles that are for different things. This has changed my prayers and my prayers routine. Thank you so much. I hope this comment might help expand your Bible prayers. Be blessed ya'll!

Another idea I want to share to all is if you are using your old bible 😃 , using planner dot colour coded stickers. If a certain scripture for instance speaks about two themes like healing and joy and it was already highlighted. I place one red sticker dot before the verse and a yellow dot for joy. God bless 😇

I was about 1/4 of the way through putting in my tabs, doing it where they are primarily even with the verse. I ended up going back and laying them out in a specific order so the same category is all in a line and it has made such a difference . I cut the big tabs in half and laid all my categories around the back edge of my Bible for a reference. It’s going to make prayer easier due to the ease of flipping through the category. I have one for family and I write a an M, C, or P to symbolize marriage, children, or parenting (combining them allowed me to fit all my categories without overlapping the tabs). I also use a dot, dash, triangle, or heart if there are multiple tabs on a page that o show which goes with which verse.

I am going to Israel in February and plan to mark the itinerary in a compact Bible. They've given us a pdf with our daily itineraries, and the verses/passages that coincide. I will use a different type tab for each day's locations/verses. tabs are a great way to mark specifics in Bibles 🙂

I feel like it is getting hard to get the tabs I want so I used the washi tape and covered up the tab for a super cool tab. Especially the tabs like metallic that are so close in color. I found some inexpensive washi tape at Target

Hi Sis, Your channel is such a blessing! My prayer Bible is coming along slowly. It's hard to pick the perfect color for each theme. Google has color charts that match colors with abstracts ideas. All my tabs have to be perfectly lined up. My OCD gets the best of me. 😆 All this is made a little more challenging since I have caterac. Yes , I'm a senior. Hello. My name is Mary and I am a new subscriber and love the idea of a Prayer Bible and praying Scripture. I am confused though, how you use this in your daily prayers. Do you pray everything each day or do you have certain things you pray each day? Do you pray for certain people on certain days?

New subscriber here, too. My Bible is arriving today. I was wondering the same, but I think we need to let the Holy Spirit guide us to different topics. Praying everything every day would be a mammoth task and we all have jobs, chores or tasks to do in our daily lives. What I am hoping is that through this process, I shall be memorising additional Scriptures, and meditating on these and continuing to pray, while doing other tasks that don't need great concentration to do them.

I am super-excited about this project. My compact Bible is arriving sometime today. Yesterday, in advance, I made a list of categories and all the Bible references, and added a few categories of my own. However, I have ended up with needing over 300 tabs!!! Could you please tell me approximately what would be the maximum number of tabs you can get on a compact Bible because I think I'm going to have to do some serious weeding out here! Yesterday I also had my first prayer session using the system, using things on my list since I haven't actually got a prayer Bible yet, and my prayer time left me in tears of joy (literally!) as I felt closer to the Lord than I have for a long time. My hubby came home and interrupted the session or otherwise I'd probably still be doing it 18 hours later lol! I am soooo grateful to the Lord for leading me to this channel, and to you, dear Sisterita-in-Chief, for showing us how to transform our prayer life and bring glory to our wonderful heavenly Father. May the Lord bless you richly!!! Another channel came up in my feed, how to make a "Bible garden" by decorating the beginning pages - so beautiful, and providing another incentive to open the Bible because it was so pretty! Verses for each theme you have then when you get all your themes in depending on how thr binding is holding up add the other verses. That's amazing about your prayer!!! My Compact Bible arrived about 10 minutes ago, along with a 8-pack pack of Feela highlighters (as recommended by you in one of your other videos). The Bible is Beeaaauuuuutiful! Dark maroon soft mock leather cover and silver edges. The pages are 6.5 in tall and I think if I make 1/2 in tabs, I should be able to get lots in! Thank you for your advice - it's a good way to start, just highlighting the top favourite ones first and building on that. That way I can at least get started using it. I have got some small drawstring bags and I'm going to try them for size so that the Bible will be protected when I take it to Church. This is super-exciting. I have not had a new Bible since I bought my regular one back in 1995 - still going strong and full of notes. It's rather big to carry so the new one is going to be ideal as a Prayer Bible and to take to Church. I am so looking forward to getting it going, and in the process making it pretty, and very much my own, using my creative skills to make it unique. I wondered the same, and what I plan to do is make an index. I haven't got stickers but am going to die-cut shapes from decorative papers, and I think I am going to cut small shapes to stick inside the back, and write beside them what they are. It will be interesting to see what our Sisterita-in-Chief has to say about this. It's a great question. My compact Bible is coming today and I can't wait!!!!!

I’ve been looking at scriptures you listed as well as my own. Just a word of caution when looking at some scriptures you must include some around the main one you are claiming. One such scripture is Isaiah 58:11. That one scripture is conditional on verses 6-11. I will be marking that one as Isaiah 58:6-14. If you read the beginning verses of the chapter, you’ll see God was displeased with the people BUT if they met his words beginning in verse 6, the blessing would be ours in verse 11. Hope that makes sense. I’m looking forward to having the Bible completed. 😃

I agree with you. There is great danger in taking single verses out of context. My compact Bible is arriving today and I can't wait to get started with the project. What I propose doing is using each highlighted verse as a landing-point, from which I shall be reading the surrounding passages. It is also important to remember the "who, what, why, when, how" rule - many of the promises are specifically for Israel, for instance, and not for the Church, but we can still adopt them as a starting-point for prayer.

Oh wow, Jessica, thank you for sharing. 🙏 I say that my oldest daughter is my Miracle Baby because I was going for a natural childbirth delivery (No epidural) and she ended up being a emergency C-section. She was partially delivered, and the doctor made the decision due to her large collarbones to do an emergency C-section. 28 years ago I had an Episiotomy and a C-section for her delivery. The Doctor later explained why he made his life saving decision. My baby girl was 10 lbs. 4 oz..🩷
