im argentine, from rosario which is a pretty unfamoust city, and i can say the main issue is that local police is just not prepared or even have any kind of training, anyone can be in the policia federal argentina or gendarmeria nacional argentina, and most of em use to be pretty much pricks, they usually take u for "identificacion" and u can be privated from ur freedom for around 6 hours only because u dont have ur id, and when u skate in public places theyll search excuses to put a charge on u even if ur not even doing anything, its an issue that been around since even a lot of good skaters were born but with the new government its been very tought in some place pd: rosario is a very pretty city and has very good skate culture even of its million of flaws, u should try come here one day if u havent !
