The Lamborghini Italdesign Cala is a fascinating concept car from 1995. It showed a new design direction for Lamborghini and it got me wondering - what would the Lamborghini Italdesign Cala look like if it was designed today?

My favourite car of all time. I want to visit Lamborghini museum in Italy just because of Cala. Timeless design and ultra rare model, only three of these were built, one of which is owned by its creator. Thanks for this video! Looks like something between Sesto Elemento, first gen. Gallardo and Cala itself, nicely done.

Bro, I just came back to this video to point out that the Lambo Cala looked like an old Sesto Elemento. I'm sure the designers took the biggest inspiration from the Cala... I'm impressed you realized out of the blue.

To me, this is the most beautiful Lamborghini ever made, clean, no sharp edges, and this color is just perfect for this geometry, it doesn't work with other colours only pearl yellow!

The Lamborghini Cala was the car that made me an enthusiast... I was 5 years old when I played NFS 2 on my school’s computer and I would use the Cala and some of my schoolmates would ask why when there’s better cars...

I have a similar childhood memory, except it's from NFS III: Hot Pursuit on the PS1, and it's the Italdesign/BMW Nazca C2. Such an interesting car, kind of looks like what people from the 50s thought flying cars would look like. You can actually see the styling from the C2 in the modern i8 if you squint. My favorite car of all time is still the CLK-GTR, and I saw that for the first time in NFS High Stakes.

Some of the styling ideas for the Gallardo and Murcielago were in aftermarket bodykits made by Blackbox for NFS Most Wanted and Carbon !
