Thom Thom's free guide tools on sketchucation will create cpoints at centers of arcs and circles. They're great when you can't get an inference on a circle working right...

how can i solve 'this does not appear to be a sketchup model' error

In general this isn't an error, but an indicator that you tried to open something other than a .skp file. If you accidentally tried to open the backup file, you'd get this error. You can change the file type to .skp and that might work, though I'd recommend saving a backup copy of the file you're trying to open first

I Am using the fredo scale to create a cover that wraps a building to displace sunlight into the interior, it works amazing and Fredo made things super easy. I am facing problems with my sketchup though, it is working super slow to the point of not responding, when i try to scale anything it takes rouchly 20 min to finish the process. does anyone have any advice? it would be much appreciated

Sounds like you have too much geometry in your model. In your model info, how many objects do you have and how large is your SketchUp file?

@@Thesketchupessentials The model has 33 edges and 10 faces, making upto 9mb of data. I have opened the same file in a friends system, there was no lag present in that instance.

9 mb for 33 edges and 10 faces? What kind of textures are applied to those faces? That's a big file for that little amount of geometry

@@Thesketchupessentials There are no texture applied, I was in the middle of building the model when this lag (not responding at times) showed up. I could share the file or screenshots of it, if that would help.
