“Did you know that if you own a car you can do whatever you want with it…” is anyone even mad about having such a cool engine in that car? 😂 and also it’s a quite original build, a breath of fresh air from the LS, 2JZ, RB swaps that are common these days. Nothing wrong with those, but it’s nice to see something more original for a change of pace.

I love love love this project. I can't wait to see the finished product. I'm sure there are a bunch of 'purists' that are annoyed at the choice of motor. Not me. It's not like it's a GTR. It's been kept pure in terms of the brand so that should soften the purists' annoyance factor a little at least. I will say that, whilst I was purchasing pistons anyway, I definitely would have upd the compression, if that was even possible. I'm sure 12.5:1 is still BP ultimate friendly but even 11.5:1 would have increased the torque. Still, apart from that tiny annoyance, perfect !!!

You can buy an ae86 rack new from T3 FLOS in Ireland make new ones I have one so if you need some measurements please ask. I had a power assisted rack and found it ok but now I’ve moved over to EPS using 86GT / Subaru unit. It’s all basically new that’s why I did it. I run an S15 BC coilovers with camber/castor adjusters and R33Rotors with Wilwood 6Pots ( the dust boot ones) with radial mounted. The caster camber arms are adj T3 ones that work with Nissan stuff.
