I feel like he's still holding back from how he really feels toward her because he's afraid to be vulnerable as much as she has been vulnerable. His eyes show that he loves her but he's afraid to give that 100% because he fears she'll see through him and eventually reject him. He loves her but doesn't trust her to love him when she really gets to know him versus the representative he shows her. in a relationship if you say you love someone you have to have faith in your love and trust the other person. It'll never work out if you're not giving as much as your partner, someone will always feel short changed even if they don't speak it out loud.

I mean I get it, not everyone will experience someone this close to them developing cancer which is a horrible experience, but why invalidate other people struggles? The school comment especially stuck because some families rely on their kids to get a good education to get a good job to support the family, some kids have this pressure while working fulltime. Thats enough to send you into a nervous breakdown. Not the same problem I know but still valid. I wouldn't call that petty. Agreed, we may never truly understand the struggles and the trauma of having both your parents develop cancer, but regardless of your struggles, you shouldn't invalidate someone else's issues. You never truly understand what someones going through and its not fair to compare or belittle someone else's issues because it doesn't seem as "bad" as your own. It's not a contest and we shouldn't treat it like one. I understand there's terrible things people are going through but we should support one another rather than tear each other down. No one should ever make you feel invalid for your problems or your mental health.

Yeah that is true, but the reality is, unless you have gone through something similar you can only imagine how hard it can be, therefore the intensity of the stress is polar opposite from the struggles she and him have faced. I'm sure she also had gone to school as well as she stated that, but on top of that her parents were dieing due to cancer, the severity of that problem and the problem of seeing her parents both struggle through cancer is unimaginable unless you are going through something similar... so it may have came off a little blunt but I'm sure she ment it in a way of talking through her pain of almost losing both her parents, struggling with school and struggling with two important people in your life you see changing in a drastic sad way, i belive are two different things, and two very different stress related issues, that we can't even compare.

I dont feel like they were trying to invalidate the struggle of others. It was simply them attempting to explain their pain and growth in the way that applies to them. There is no comparing of struggle but there is no way to imagine what is must be like to watch both of your parents dying of the same disease unless you have lived through it yourself. Its the same as hearing poor people expressing their pain by saying rich people don't have problems simply because they have money. Everyone has problems, they just take different forms for every person. I'm not rich by any means but I do understand that my struggles aren't what the average person faces. I am a disabled vet, so when I speak of my struggles, I can sometimes feel that the civilians of the world will never understand because their issues are nothing like mine. They have no military experience so they couldn't possibly comprehend what I go through on a daily basis. I know that isn't always the case, but when I speak of my pain, i speak from my viewpoint and my experiences. I don't express those emotions with a conscious thought for what others may be going through. Thoughts of others pain and struggles only came after I began to gain some healing from my own. However, if I were to sit down and tell you about my experiences, you may feel as though I was invalidating your issues or others issues during my explanation. You wouldn't understand my mentality on the pain of others until afterwards. I feel like that may be what you are receiving from them here.

I relate to her comment about other people's petty problems so much... I know it's mean and they can't help it /aren't bad people for having a comfortable life. Wow ! I can't really say too much about Jake but Jesus Christ Nandi is soooo GORGEOUS ! 😍. I can't imagine anyone not liking this woman !!!!! It was kind of hard to pinpoint any real feelings from Jake but after listening to Nandi, you can just tell that there's something really special about her. People like her seem rare. Not saying she's 100% perfect, but she's definitely one of those special individuals who you can look at or just listen to and tell that their genuine. You can see the angelic like, purity in their eyes, their smile and even just by the way they speak or their aura. To me, Nandi reminds me of that type of person. I swear on everything, I'm dying to experience meeting someone like Nandi. I think alot of people do ! But I'm leaving my path to finding true love in the hands of God. It's all about faith. I can't wait to find a man who has that same unique, angelic quality like Nandi has. I read in the comments that her and Jake broke up shortly after this YT video. If Nandi is in a new relationship, I really hope her man is someone who really sees the beauty in her. Men and women like Nandi are rare. I hope whoever Nandi is with cherishes and appreciates her to the highest power. 🙏🙏
