It's a bit sad that there are comments discussing how someone speaks but not bothering to *listen* . Not bothering to listen to these ladies that were courageous enough to be vulnerable today is very disheartening
@ayceebeagle5 жыл бұрын
Xiomara Diaz Exactly! And even if they were discussing the most meaningless thing: who cares about how they talk? No one's being forced at gun point to watch this. Disappointing that there's such negativity surrounding their voices. Their words are impactful, and I'm glad I got to hear them.
@TheBebeeeJ3 жыл бұрын
I agree... it was really disappointing to read those comments. Especially because it seemed like they wanted to paint them as superficial... the irony is that judging someone bc of their voice or the way they talk is actually the superficial thing to do.

Not remembering (or misremembering) the details of a traumatic event (specific day, weather etc etc) is actually quite common,

This is one of the first times one ever heard a story similar to mine. In my story though he was my best friends brother and he knew my parents just weren't there to take care of me so he groomed me from age 9. I hate what happened to me but the worst part if loosing my best friend because he chose her 18 year old brother over her 13 year old best friend who I now know did not ask for it. it's such a painful thing and even with therapy I'm not fully recovered yet.

They have a beautiful friendship. What I love about women and the close friends I have, we can be tender and sensitive and a moment later we are laughing. We are capable of immense emotional expression and can form beautiful and deep relationships where we can be completely vulnerable with each other. I wish men could do that with each other but it’s very rare.

I didn't even think about the sound of their voices I heard their stories. I think they bonded as friends also because they experienced traumatic experiences. I don't even know the woman but what happened to her at 13 was awful damn.

I find both women absolutely compelling. I've watched a few dozen of the videos on this channel, and Juliana still seems the most sincere. The courage and poise with which she relates her story is remarkable. I feel glad the world brought her a lovely friend like Taryn. But at the same time I feel utterly disappointed in a world where the entirely innocent could ever feel a shred of responsibility. I hope this friendship lasts for their lifetimes.

At the end, when they were saying 'never stop dancing', I got the idea they were dancers/strippers. The abusive relationships and living for a while in FL, and they way they talked, had me wonder. Or they just could be models and I've known too many dancers/strippers. LOL!!
