According to single player mods, the drift tune is actually a 2nd separate car with drift handling.

The drift tuning does all the power upgrades hence why it's expensive and does a traction reduction for drift purposes

It should but you really do need to upgrade before even know they said that the drift tune got all the same tuning i guess its a bug for now. Check it out if you dont believe me also hella flush on youtube made a vid about it

theres a bug where if you dont upgraded before buying the tune your car will be underpowered and slow it still slides but it makes it harder to link corners it happened to my first car I did the drift tune to

U can put the upgrades before u put the drift tune but they basically have no effect on power if there is minimal. U can try putting them on your next build but ofc is more money.

So far, the 370z actually got the balance than supra mk5 as it is easier to straighten up. Personally pick is definetly drift tampa / hoonicorn (rip ken block )

Slap put the regular upgrades before installing the drift tuning if not you'll be drifting the cars with no upgrades besides the angle kit

You have to upgrade your engine tune to the max, Turbo, transmission before choosing the drift tuning. For some reason rockstar hides those options after you apply the drift tune so its better if u tune it before

Time to log on and farm for another futogtx. I want test the down hill mountain without having to pay 200k each time I would like to go back and forth to change different things. I have a feeling no tune/no low grip tires will have more control and a better feel of the drift. Yes I want to be fast but I want the control so I can deliver more tofu.

You gotta put the engine upgrades and what not on before you install the drift tune By far for me the best ones I’ve driven are the g35 and the mk5 Supra sadly the 370 looks great but is very unforgiving

If you open you small menu you can go down to manage vehicles and click return to storage so you don’t have to drive away to call in your car
