Looks so much better without extensions , nice medium bob would look great on you Jess ,so you can have it straight or wavy and still be able to pull it back in a short bun or pony tail ...Had my hair long for years ,although very thick and curly , and since I cut it shorter ( varies from chin length to collar bone lenght) never looked back and it's so much easier for maintenance , it's a game changer. Have a fantastic holiday in Greece x

I've just come back from Spain and the heat was awful, I'd blisters all Over my feet and I had 50+ factor on. I was so glad to get home to cooler weather, so yes take your extensions out or you will melt xx

Antibacterial hand gel dabbed on your spot .obviously not near your eyes. Much prefer your hair..you will soon have it looking healthy after a good trim. I have been using the MONDAY Haircare Shampoo and Conditioner for a while . It has mixed reviews ,but my hair feels thicker, and in better condition. Have a fab holiday .we were in Turkey in June ,and it was 50 degrees one day ... 35 at night ! thank god for the breeze 🥵🌴☀️

It’s Cos-rx “RX” as in prescription 😊 You can wear those masks either way depending on where you want more coverage. You should keep them in the fridge as they feel soooo lovely when they are super cold! I have a wee Muji acrylic box I keep in the fridge with all my sheet masks, Gua sha etc

You look great without them. Have you considered getting your own length ones just to thicken out let the condition improve ? The bleaching and extensions will be weakening your hair keeping it thin but a few to thicken out may make you fall in love with your own hair more and let it grow for you. My daughter did this and now has beautiful long natural hair hat I’m so jealous of lol

Hair looks much better without extensions to be honest. I had tape extensions and they ruined my hair. Just stick natural looks better and will save your hair in the long run honestly. X

It's not directly skincare, however it will be really good for the health/appearance of skin plus joint care among other things and that is collagen, I'm older than you, just turned 38 but when I heard that we start to loose collagen from about the age of 20 I was like I needed that stuff along time ago 😅. I have found it has improved my skin alot, which is great but to be honest I mainly take it for joint health. It's really cheap and easy to make, if the thought of making it doesn't gross you out as it comes from boiling the animal bones. It's not the cheapest to buy but if it's affordable for you it's most definitely worth it. I always buy mine when on an offer and stock up. For convenience I take the combination of marine and bovine collagen tablets as they contain different types of collagen I believe which help support different things. Bovine collagen will always be cheaper if you ever did consider trying it. It's at least worth looking into the benefits of adding in collagen for overall wellbeing. On a side note vitamin c aids in the production of collagen and this is the reason why it's added to alot of skincare and some collagen products.

Looks so much better without the extensions but I reckon you just get the clips ins to make it look thicker ( not longer) I live in Australia so I am used to the heat and clip ins are definitely the way to go. Plus they don’t damage your hair

Hi Jess , I can recommend Hada Labo Tokyo super hyaluronic acid. I have used it for 5 years and love it. It can be quite pricey but it last for months.... Red & White pump bottle - look out for when its on offer . It's Japan's NO 1 skin care rage. 🙂

Darling use castor out under the eyes it is anti inflammatory and much better for overall skin care, but invest in a brand in a glass amber color bottle. It is wonderful on spots. However, be warned it does stain, apply and allow to be absorbed prior to bed.
