I went to a renaissance festival 2 years ago, and I stood under a balcony while they chucked glitter down right on top of my head. I even poured some water on myself to get it to stick. Every now and then, I find another few specks in my car. My costume took a month to get completely glitter free. Boys, you're going to be 80 years old and still finding glitter. It never leaves. It may not matter how they upload it. Screen resolution could also limit how it's displayed. You have to remember that when you look at a video or a picture on a screen, you're not looking at reality - you're looking at an approximation of reality made up of pixels. There may simply be too much glitter to display correctly.
