Very pleased it helped you. Of course, I did record this a few years ago and things have changed a little in the latest Excel version (though this lesson is still relevant). The up-to-date lesson is included in the January 2021 fifth edition of my Excel 365 book (the latest edition at time of writing).

Hi Haroon, this is covered in The Smart Method Excel Expert Skills book in "Lesson 6-12: Allow different levels of access to a worksheet...". Unfortunately I have not yet recorded this lesson as a video lesson. You can set different passwords to protect ranges of cells within a worksheet. You can also allow access based upon the Windows log-in password or user group.
