Much respect Granger and Amber, as a veteran and as a custodian taking care of yourself, making your bed, cleaning up after yourself and so much more are words I live by, as should we all. If we all had a little more house keeping skills, not only would life be more productive for all of us, but it would be much cleaner. Be mindful of your foot print it helps when it comes to situations like rout current one. Also that last question about Riv, I'm sorry you get asked these questions, your grief is your own, thank you for sharing it, but no explanation needed, stay strong stay healthy. Yee Yee.

Also Smith's I am hanging on there as I employed by the school district, but my wife is out of work and I'm trying to do what I can for my children, but I'm going to use this as an opportunity to grow. My question for y'all all, is would you want to subscribe to my channel or follow me on Twitter? It would mean the world to me not only for as a fan, but as in encouragement, but also support towards following ambitions.

My oldest brother Dennis passed at 33, it was a hard time but it was so hard watching my parents get on with life while grieving their son. About 15 years later my youngest brother passed. My mom cried and said I never wanted to go through this twice. Amber said it, we don’t have a choice. Life goes on. My sweet mom passed almost three years ago, on her deathbed she and I talked. I said it’s time for you to be with your sons. She smiled and said that’s true. As much as I wish she was still with me I’m thankful she is with her boys. My dad is 87, a few days ago he said, I’m really missing my wife. I don’t want him to think I don’t love him but he deserves to be with his wife and sons. It will be hard but I will be happy for him knowing he’ll be with our Father God and reunited with the one he has been with since he was 20. God bless you all. I shared with my dad about Riv the other night, he was so touched he said it is so hard on parents you never forget those days. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Watching your videos has allowed me to form a relationship with God. I always tell my friends and family about you guys and how your family is genuinely a family I would love to be around each day. On March 3rd, I donated my kidney to the same man that my husband donated his kidney and pancreas to 15.5 years ago when he passed. Now my kidney is sitting right below my husband’s kidney because it does more to remove the non working kidney. In fact we are almost touching. I say this because it’s that joy that surpasses all understanding that we have in our hearts and souls that keep us going. The death of my husband was the worst thing I went through, having a 5 year old and a 2month old at the time. They are almost 16 and almost 21 now. We look at life now through a different lens and know that God has us in the palm of His hand. We don’t always understand it or see the whole picture. Thank you for your videos, if even during this “social distancing” era, there is always a way to connect.

How am I handling this elephant that has turned the world upside down? Answer: I'll deal with it'. Many years ago I learned to be a 'rubber tree' and bend to whatever is happening in my world. In 6 1/2 months I will turn 70 and with God's love I am healthy. HE is my protector, I know, because he has already cured me of cancer. Am a 10 yr survivor. When I was in high school my father passed away and I found him dead on the couch when I came home from school. The reason I say this is because when we had his funeral there was probably 1000 people there, he was a very loved person who made friends with everyone and anyone but at his funeral I started feeling better to see that him passing wasn't bad because of all the people that loved him and the lives he touched but when I smiled I felt I like I was wrong for smiling at his funeral. I can remember that to this day and that was in November of 1999!i
@joannbarthold30324 жыл бұрын
RaspingPompano2 I think that’s why some people started calling it a celebration of life rather than a funeral. So we can smile and celebrate a life well lived, and so we can honor their life by enjoying life at ALL its stages. Everyday we have breathe it’s a reason to smile. All who love us will want that for us ❤️

It's been a few years since I lost my son, and I've also found that there are people that will never understand how I feel inside, and I pray they never will understand it. Like the person that asked y'all that question. They just see the times I'm smiling/living, and they take it that I'm always that way. They don't see the times when I'm alone and catching myself not breathing because I'm missing and thinking about my boy. And they don't see the mornings when I'm waking up but still half asleep, and I wonder if my boy is up yet, and in the very same thought reality hits me. There is no getting over something like this, there's only getting through it day by day. I hope both of you have a good evening, God Bless.

S***** No your definitely not over reacting. Wash do everything ok. If it’s this bad now , prepare,and then if it’s better ,fine. But we’re talking July-August. What’s going to happen is people are going to let their guard down ,and bam , kill more . This virus ,is beyond serious. Watch a video, people are testing negative then they get it . Carrier’s have zero symptoms. Cough into elbow, wash hot soapy water and sanitizer. Helping our seniors , homeless , and shelters . How many times have we walked past a veteran who fought for our freedom? He’s got ptsd and hungry,nothing,and then I watch people like this , it’s heartbreaking, but we’re all here to grow spiritually. You know how it feels to be out of work ,as a band ,imagine if you found a war , had ptsd, homeless and your fellow man walks by you like your invisible. These are real issues,not laughing at diarrhea. Not you personally.

WOW! I wish there was a way for you to make yourselves into fairy dust and sprinkle it around the world ( yeeyee-dust) bc the world would no doubt become a better place. Granger is right anxiety can kill you , ( I'm a nurse) . What you refer to as taking care of yourself, family and it will filter out is " self actualization " you know who you are, you know your value systems, and you dont just talk about it , you demonstrate it , you live by it , you will fight for it , what is doing the right thing based on being like christ. Living and "being" like that can and will change people to make the right decisions even when it involves personal sacrifices. There is also self preservation, it's not selfish but yes we have to put family first a natural, normal instinct. That is necessary bc it allows you to become a more productive, contributor to others who need help . Stay safe , yes yes nation loves you and everything is and will be ok! 🙏🎸😇🦋🎈Luv u guys from South Florida , and Nashville! yee yee

This spring break I left my college, professors, and friends without knowing it would be the last time I would see them...... :( because of CORVI-19 the campus closed down and now all classes are online.... I also had to leave my apartment in campus :( This is really sad because this is my senior year, which means I never got to say, “thank you” to my professors in person... I might not see some of my friends who live in different countries.... and it was the last time I hung out with my buddies at our apartment as college students .... and as of right now my graduation ceremony is canceled... although this is all really sad... I am grateful that I came across The Smith’s channel almost a year ago... and through out that time, I have learned a lot.... One of the things I’ve learned is to live every moment like it’s the last one....to stay present and conscious to every single moment that matters.... implementing all these new lessons in my life have helped me be a better person today.... and enjoy life a lot more... I will never be able to Thank you enough guys, much LOBE ❤️❤️❤️ My question for the next video is: Granger would you ever go on tour/Collab with Randall King? Granger and Amber, would you ever consider going on tour as motivational speakers? You both already do a great job! 😄 ps if you need a tour manager 🤣🙋🏻♂️

I think everyone is scared? No one thinks normal anymore? I think everyone is out for them self?

Amber and Granger, My entire life I have struggled with anxiety and my mental health. After discovering Grangers music a couple months back I in turn discovered this channel.The outlook that you guys have on the struggles that you guys face really resonated with me (in the best way possible!). I am a firm believer also in living every day like Christ...to love and help and accept. You guys have really shown me that I can be my own light even in the darkest times. You guys are a beautiful family spreading positive and beautiful messages that inspire and help people everywhere! Thank you!

You're both so sweet and I want to compliment you on the grace with which you handled the question about River. I'm sure it had to be from a young person and not meaning harm. Just innocent about life. You are going to be OK through this crisis because the sun comes up every morning as it always has. I heard a great idea since the handwashing is a huge focus. As we are being extra diligent with it pray for our country and world. I believe prayer changes things. Can you imagine the beauty of this time in history if several times a day, everyone was praying as they were washing their hands. God bless!
