Sometimes I ride for an hour, come back and swap out bikes. Going to Wally World and Aldi this morning was really fun. Glad that your nightmare is now in the past as mine is. Take your meds and get your sleep., and than ride them like you stole them. Advice from a guy almost 70. 👍👍🏍🏍🏍🙋‍♂️

I think if you are a 'Summer' rider and your confidence takes a 'hit' it can be difficult to get back 'in the saddle'. I think Kelly only wants to ride FliTy these days...nothing wrong with that.
