My grandfather would sing this and other tunes, from back at the turn of the century. It was a tune they would sing in the trenches of WW1. The pipes were something he enjoyed!

Those instruments and this song are pretty much guaranteed to make me cry When I was in scouts, a nearby troop had some bagpipers. During our week long summer camp, you would hear the bagpipes throughout the forest. It was such a treat
