First thing, place colorful yarns with different textures in a cute box or basket and label it with your child’s name. Maybe you can add a giant plastic crochet hook ( a safe one… more like a Fisher Price than Furls), toy scissors and a toy measuring tape. Then this can be your child’s basket so he/ she won’t go into your stash as much. You can change it up to alleviate boredom. As far as the deep cubbies go, place two baskets, boxes, or other container that will fit in the cubbie.That way the items in the back are readily accessible. There are a billion other ideas, but you’re off to a great start.

Thanks for the demonstration of the yarn winder.I knew they existed but had never seen one. Regarding crochet hooks, for Christmas my bestie ❤ gave me a zippered case to keep mine - the perfect gift I never knew I needed.
