flytrap 2 is one of the best cheap shoes. its grippy on dusty/clean court. I still use them.

Good reviews. I moved to Kyrie’s line of shoes for basketball after the Kobe line became prohibitively expensive for me. I thought I would never find shoes as good as Kobe’s line after briefly trying the Paul George line of Nikes. I HATED the PG’s. I have since had several iterations of Kyrie’s. In my opinion his best regular shoe are the Kyrie 3’s and the best budgets are the Flytrap 2’s. I recently picked up some Kyrie 7’s and have NEVER had a problem with sizing and they were inexplicably too small and sent them back. I was very disappointed. I’ve since bought 2 pairs of Flytrap 5’s (in a larger size after the prior miscue) and though they will never match my aforementioned favorites they are VERY GOOD “budget” basketball shoes. And why I bought 2 pair.

@PATRICK John if you are a light guard cushion doesn't matter. Cushion matter if you're a heavy player for the longevity. I suggest you buy PG 3-5 shoes. It is cheap, comfy and has soft cushion

I play volleyball in them, they are light, not to high of an arch. Good cushion in the front. They fit my foot like a glove. And cushion in the back is not so important
