Doing a quick deep dive either 1 of 3 things happened 1. Donny Boy sued Sammy for the rights 2. There's apparently a Christian music group called the Sole Brothers so they may have sued/bought legal name rights Or 3. There is a new footwear company made by 2 former "high level athletes" called sole brothers and they sued/bought legal name rights. I don't know which option it is but at the end of the day this sucks Sammy. I'm sorry you had to go through that bullshit
