I have the original white ones that released a few months back and they are very very comfortable in the words of Sammie super Duper bouncy, but I believe his sizing is way off the site tells you to go down a full-size because they run large so that’s what I did and they fit me perfect even a little Roomy. I do not recommend sizing up with these …. At best I would go true to size but for most people I would size size down

Does the rubber take away from the squishy factor ? I usually don’t like when foam shoes have rubber cause they stiffen the cushion. The yzy are great cause the cushion imo. Are they softer than the yzy foam runners?

Hey Sammy big fan been watching since 2016. I recently sprained both my ankles and I was wondering if you had any recommendations for the most supportive basketball shoes I could get. I’m 6’3 300lbs so I need a lot of support😂. I don’t care about responsiveness, court feel, or anything that a guard would need. I basically just waddle around and shoot and pass like Jokic

@@Q.Q. I really appreciate this comment. It was very informative. It makes sense because both of my sprains were either due to terrain playing outside or my landing being altered any someone else feet or leg. They were pretty bad ones too. Both around grade 2 or 3 but you make a good point how the shoe wouldn’t have changed anything in these situations and I guess you just have to accept that risk. I would have guessed highs were more supportive but I see what you mean about how it’s more about the width of the base of the shoe which makes since because the stronger the base, the stronger everything above it at least with many other things in life. I think I’ll just wear some solid shoes that are wide enough and maybe do some ankle exercises to strengthen them because nba players do those a lot and it makes it harder for their ankles to tear.

I'm bout 250lbs n 6ft 3 Inch n it happend to me to,I worked out my ankle doing reverse Calf rises or make your toes go towards you with a weight on them n it has helped tremendously n also Calf rises to n alot of stretching do the ABC
