I dont think you sir even tried this place, I think you came down to a blog and that was it. The service here is horrible and the food quality is below par....try your promotion somewhere else. This is a fail, I tried to call the store after three times of failed service and below standard food and they wouldnt except phone calls....this place needs to shut down and figure out how they will speed up service and keep the food at a higher standard. Take your business to anothet location people and save your self some disappointment

I've seen several chickfilas (and other fast food places) with a walk out door vs a window. what exactly is the advantage? yes, i guess one person can walk other car. im.just old school im used to the window & pulling up behind the car infront of you.

@racecar157 great question! With fast food restaurants serving the majority of their orders through the window (my Sonics ran 40 - 60%, and chick fil a does more) it is important to move as quickly as possible. The window becomes the bottleneck if you must move all the food out in the order it was placed. Some orders are much quicker than others. So if someone orders chicken strips with take 5 minutes to cook, but the person behind them ordered a coke, we can jump pass the person in front to move the line along. Just a few seconds per car in increased speed adds up to massive sales increases. This chick fil a runs as many as 289 cars an hour through their drive thru. That is almost 5 cars a minute. If they had to serve each car one at a time thru the window they would do at most 1 every minute or two. So, 60 cars vs 289 cars with an average ticket of probably 12 dollars, that's more than a $2,000 difference in a busy hour. So.... I guess that's why. thanks for the question!
