Honestly 7 is so simple for the this series it’s unreal. Every other one requiring literally everything ever being done makes 7/8 feel like absolute blessings.

It looks like RGG studios stepped away from making players finish the completion list or beat the game on legendary (or both) for the platinum. 6, 7, and Gaiden was so easy to platinum compared to the other games in the series. I’ve played and almost gotten the platinum in every Yakuza, Judgement, and like a dragon game, and the most recent games have been so refreshing.

Im not a type to gate keep but jumping into Infinite Wealth might not be a good idea if u havent played the previous titles.

I think jumping into 7 without playing the others isn’t the worst thing you could do. Jumping into infinite wealth without playing through all of kiryus games would be a huge disservice to the franchise and kiryus legacy. But I’m also in the group of people who say you shouldn’t play 0 first because you miss out on a lot of the nuisance of kiryu and majimas character development. Seeing Majima for the first time in 0 without knowing how is acts in the “later” games doesn’t isn’t as cool

I honestly disagree as I played 7 and 8 first. 8 yeah you don't know what's going on with kiryu but all the side stuff tells you what happened until that point. Imo I think it made me play and platinum the other games. I've done 0, yakuza kiwami platinum and I'm doing yakuza kiwami 2 right now. So honestly I'd say do what you like to play

There more you’ve played the more you get out of it but I would say it’s not an issue. Playing infinite Wealth before Like A Dragon wouldn’t be advisable as they follow very closely. I would encourage anyone to play any Yakuza game and explore from there. Lot of content to work through.

This game was my introduction to the series, and I loved how it could switch from intense gangland politics to play imitation Mario Kart against a sumo wrestler, a grandmother and a bunny girl. And yes, I was overjoyed when I started playing Infinite Wealth and discovered that Nancy chan had returned alongside Ichiban.

That almost didn’t make it into the game. Since the English and Japanese versions were released at the same time, someone on the localization team noticed that if they changed the word in the E, which was something different at that time, to Etc or Extra, it would spell SEGA. He sent an email and they rushed to get it into the game before the discs were printed

The TRUE Final Millenium Tower dungeon in A PAIN to complete, many tries I've tried and failed, I just need to beat it, and I've completed the game, and get that platinum thropy.

Grind a your main job to 99 and level a few more to level 30-50. I attempted it and couldn’t make it to the boss. Grinded for another few hours and didn’t have much of a problem getting to the boss. Beat the boss on my second attempt. Just grind a couple jobs so you can get some extra base stats and you’re fine. Level up agility jobs for Joongi and he can attack multiple times per turn.

I cant wait to see you do infinite wealth! I 100%'d it and to be honest i'd say its just as good as LAD. In my opinion the story is slightly weaker but the gameplay feels a lot more polished I will say the achievements are nowhere near as hard as true final millennium tower however its definitely very grindy with we're probably the best! and we're definitely the best! (Pro tip for those two btw: Completing legend mode doesn't complete the hard mode ng+ achievement. I learnt that the hard way)

I’m curious if you would ever do BG3 for a grind. That is a serious grind and the honor mode completion alone is going to take about as long to get every other achievement combined with how many restarts you may need to do.

Another incredible and painful grind and a well deserved rating of 9/10 . I just can't tell you enough how much I respect you and how much I love your videos and I truly understand how hard a grind can be but you simply say ,,I will do this and I won't give up on this..... LET THE GRIND BEGIN!!!" you just inspire people to try there best and never give up on everything just because its hard doesn't mean its impossible. You start every day with power level at max and plan everything for the day the job the house work and the grinds. And I simply can't wait to see the next grind in the channel and I can't wait to see what you are going to grind at specific milestones in subs like the 1M subscriber grind of "Pay Day 2" and maybe you can try to set up more milestone grinds. I wish you a good luck in the grinds

Use the Kamurocho sewer dungeon to get to max level on all jobs and then do the Sotenbori Sprint for stat boosters to increase your stats even more if you need them. That’s how I did it. It’ll take awhile but the stat boosters really help.

@@melissag1976you don’t even need 99 on all jobs. Just 99 on your main and 30-50 on some others. Enforcer and a couple others give health and defense stats, so just level those up a bit and it’s a pretty easy dungeon. Final boss takes some luck, but I didn’t need to grind as much as I thought

Loved doing the achievements for this and actually did the Achievement Grind a month ago. I'm on Infinite Wealth now super burnt out after playing all 8 other Yakuza games. Bear in mind all of them are great (Except 3)

I’ve been playing the games since they were first released on the ps2. I got a little behind on the newer games, so in the last few months I have played and gotten the platinum in Gaiden, Lost Judgment, finally did the True Tower grind for 7, and I’m 85 hours in infinite wealth. I thought I’d be burnt out by now by I’m really enjoying infinite wealth and I can’t stop

The true torture of the True Final Millennium Tower is that its only required in the English language releases. In the original Japanese release, it was a postgame DLC dungeon. Kinda like a certain dungeon in Infinite Wealth that people intentionally and willingly misrepresent all the time for that matter.
