The renderings never cease to amaze me. It just seems like magic to me, how realistic your ideas suddenly look! A behind the scenes on how they are made would be cool!

You guys. You brought to life the vision i have been trying to explain to my husband 😆 thank you!! The fireplace IS painted! I dont mind the colour, but was open to change if you suggested. I had the same placement idea for the projector. Hate craning my neck when watching tv. Orginally wanted to get the Article Beta modular in green, but it is just too large. Currently hunting for a second hand option, but will make what we have work for now. Replacing the light fixture is intimidating to me, but i might just have to get over it 😬 Keep you posted 😊

You should ask people to send the dimensions of their room so you can suggest specific items in their space. Because I feel like that living room couldn't have a sectional and still be able to walk past through the entrances

5:53 my living room is a really odd layout and the only place a TV fits is quite literally above the fireplace. I haaate craning my neck, so we got a pull-down TV mount so we can pull it down to eye-level! Ours is motorized so it can move up and down with a remote, but they make manual ones that are a little less expensive. It’s a great option for anyone that really can’t put their TV anywhere else!

I aways enjoy seeing what you come up with for people. And the way you work together to decide on things to use and alternate items to use. One of the series you did that I really enjoyed was making over dorm rooms. The Trading Spaces episode was good. More of these would be fun. You do need to remember the trends that were popular at the time that are not now. I don’t want to totally throw that show under the bus. I liked a lot of the episodes. There were some good rooms. But some of the rooms I felt were done just for the dramatic reviews showing how upset the home owners were. One room was papered with wine labels even though the home owner was a minister who didn’t believe in drinking. I was noticing in this episode today the cost of some of the items when you were looking them up. Way above the budget for the average person. I like the way you suggest ways to diy things, if the person has this talent. I’ve been watching yall for a lot of years and really enjoy seeing everything you do.

@@kimloverenee this is a great idea! I would love an episode or series dedicated to yards and balconies. With our house we inherited a large concrete slab that used to have an above ground pool. Creating a layout that flows and feels magical is more challenging than you would think.

Nice designs. Although the yellow chair seemed out of place to me. Perhaps, a pastel, sky blue would have worked better for the chair. The reading chair also needs to be comfier, accommodating of different reading positions. This chair seems restrictive.

The room looks great! BUT the biggest wish I heard From Priya was " easy to clean" IF her dog IS white that room will be so hard to keep clean. You're right...either she should have offered that info or as designers you should have asked. BUT I think the room is totally doable with different colors more dog friendly.😊

I will be remodeling my interior soon but I have a lot going on. My kitchen, living room, and hallway are connected. I can’t open up the space because the partial wall is low baring. I will have to replace the paneling in the living room and hallway due damage. If I can replace the damage with paneling I will. I like painting over the paneling. I prefer painting the rooms the same color but have different wall textures. Right now it’s a mess and needs to be decluttered. I am just now feeling better after cancer. Information on how to transition decor with connecting rooms would be greatly appreciated. I live in West Tennessee, USA. We have mild winters and hot summers. I do use black out curtains because it helps with the heat and sun. My house faces the west so the sun shines into our living room window at the end of the day.
