Reminds of growing up in the Jordan Downs Projects in the early 1970s. Some of the best music of our time. The singing groups of the late 1960s & the early 1970s was some of the best groups ever. We were more happier and knew what love was all about. Today I don't know what you call it, because it's not music. :(

THANK YOU, THANK YOU for postng this song. Do you know I still have the 45 record of this song but you posted it and I tell you, this song, this song was the bomb to me. I remember coming home from an amusement park and I played this song on the bus and we, the teens including me who was all of 15 were tired but I supplied the music on my portable record player and I played this song maybe three times. My favorite and thank you for posting this song. This was in 1970 or 71.

I grew up loving The Intruders, especially Lil' Sonny's lead, the backing harmonies, and the Gamble & Huff arrangements. This, to me, isn't a great song - not a whole lot of melody, but it's always interesting to hear Sonny.
