Good morning! Thank You! I hope you are doing well today. I was in the mood for some good chicken. It took a while, but I got an amazing taste out of this. I love fried chicken, so I had to try to make a recipe for this. Definitely cheaper to make at home. On Friday, I am making Popeye's Cajun Fries. I think I am stuck on Cajun week. lol You know, I always end up smiling when I see your comments. Thanks for that!

Hi GW Your chicken Looks sooo good. As always you have so many helpful tips. Ie. I wouldn’t have thought to use cornstarch, but completely Makes sense Most of the videos or recipes or even growing up you just learn just flour, egg, flour. I do the same thing with my utensils when cooking with all meats but especially chicken 👍 Oh by the way pancakes were delicious last weekend Thank you always Hope you and your family have a happy Easter

popeyes is literally seasoned chicken(salt) dipped into water and rolled in seasoned flour, straight to the fryer. This is way better, by a country mile.

Watching from England, this is a great video! I made something similar and it comes out so nice :) - the Popeyes burgers are so delicious and I am saving a lot of money following this recipe. But for some reason it doesnt come out that spicy even adding lots of cayenne pepper.. should I try louisiana sauce? thanks dude!

Hello Yes, adding the Lousiana Hot Sauce does increase the spicy tatse. Sometimes, it depends on the brand or type of seasoning spice you add as well. Thanks for watching!

You probably could do it in air fryer but spray nonstick cooking spray on outside so it does not dry out.
