There is a passage in the book The Devil's Highway by Luis Alberto Urrea that mentions a haunted dirt lot on 4th avenue and Speedway. For years nobody built on it because they thought it was haunted. Now there is a Starbucks. One day I went in, ordered a drink and asked jokingly about the ghosts. Their eyes went wide and one of them said, "How did you know?" Apparently the drive through window closes by itself at night.

The Starbucks is at 6th & Speedway NOT 4th Ave. The "Hellgate" as it was known to local teenagers (I was one of them) was located on the south side of Speedway between N 4th Ave and Euclid. A house has been built on the formerly vacant lot.

My dad's side of the family has lived here for several generations. My dad grew up in Barrio Viejo downtown and would tell stories of seeing a woman in a long dress glide through the sidewalks while on his early morning paper route. His grandmother told him to never look at her face. Later, when my father worked at the old Federal Building downtown as a U.S. Marshall, he would say that place was haunted. Locked doors and cabinets would be locked or unlocked, etc. Originally it used to be the old jail.

Tucson resident for many many years. I was a bartender and admin person for a bar called The Speakeasy and without a doubt there were things going on in there. We had an entire room behind a swivel bookcase and when I was alone in the office, I would see ghostly people in the security monitor by the back table who weren't there. Or I would be setting up the front bar and see people in the mirror or I would hear someone walking with keys jingling. One ghostly person had a cowboy hat and he was around more than others. Once in awhile, something would fly off the shelf above the bar. I wasn't the only one to witness these things. Those sure we're very fun times I have to say. Fun memories.

I worked overnight security at a hotel near that church. Many people reported seeing a little girl in the elevator and walking around unsupervised. I was doing my rounds one time and walked into a room where books were on a bookshelf. I all of a sudden saw a ghost woman in a white dress. And she screamed because I scared her. I said sorry and shut the door. Other people reported maids cleaning up their room in the middle of the night. A lady from Canada wanted out of the hotel because she said a maid ghost was in her room.

The Old Chicago Music store had a massive upper level in the rafters stacked to the brim with rare vintage drums, basses and guitars. My brother worked there and would let me sneak up there. I remember literally climbing over piles of bass drum pedals, tympanis filled with broken off guitar necks, it was insane. Underneath the store, running beneath Congress Street was a creepy steam-pipe filled passage the employees called "The Dungeon". Why would a music store need that space? What we know is it used to be a Sear's Department Store in the 30's, and that Al Capone and John Dillinger stayed a few nights in Hotel Congress right across the street.

two other often mentioned spots.. the shrine of la llorona.. and the old multistory apartment building north of the U .. its been years since i've been that way (if its still there) and can't remember the name but if you know that area you'd know it. iirc the sound of horses and carriages is often heard. i can verify the boneyard, i used to work on the golf course that borders it and would hear disembodied voices around there. there was an early morning female jogger who would stop and do interpretive dance along the fence next to the old helicopters. i understand from my coworkers that she was an older lady. but haha i hear all kinds of things everywhere partially because so many people in tucson practice witchcraft but i guess that's everywhere these days.

here's another one - bridal weath falls, take the trail east end of speedway east for iirc about 90 minutes, you'll see the sign to turn right to bridal weath falls. if you turn left/north going downstream instead, it goes for a little wile then falls off a cliff. before the cliff the water goes down rocks and the last little pool with maybe a 5-6' waterfall.. i have a photograph of a woman's face in the water. right after i took it i slipped on the rock (i never ever slip haha) and broke my ring finger (i never ever break bones) but didn't see the photo until i got home. when i started back i could hear someone shouting angrily, their voice echoing off the canyon, but its kind of a one way thing there and there was definately no one there and no place to hide.

You could probably find something about the Old Gila County Jail in Globe, AZ. actually tbh you could probably find a few things from Globe. Something I found recently cause I was inspired to do some spooky digging myself is Lepsy of Dudleyville it's an interesting Urban Legend from around Rattlesnake Canyon near Dudleyville AZ. And I'm sure there is still plenty of other spooky stuff around this state

Next door property suspected was part of an old ranch at one point it had all the ear markings of an old ranch. Interestingly no history of these hidden cemetery was ever done was this a ranch Cemetary at one point? 1947 brick buildings in back were built on an old cemetery the front us a prefab looking house. They were built there in 1947 across from swamway park on 1st st. you can see the houses from one of the benches there my older children would have there paintball gathering there my daughter would say can't hit the broadside of a barn! By my observations a trained being a marksman myself CA ROTC aka CCC agreed that person is a lousy shot. My grandchildren had seen a shinny lady going back and forth through my front door and refused to be there unless granny was there and the crazy lady in front alawys chasing them off dubbed by TPD themselves you can chase off ghosts with a weapon nor order them to leave without a bible and anoiting oil calling the cops on ghosts won't work. 1 house in front 2 brick houses in back the crazy lady & landlord were in denial maybe that's why they chased off my own family, my siblings anybody whom tried to come to our house the ghosts ordered them to do it & blocked them them from coming there behind our backs. Wish they'd chase off the crazy lady instead of my family though. Anyone whom lived there knew about the hauntings sometimes very active 2007-2013 TPD cop's & Judge's sister. Now living next to a Mountain in Mayodan, NC another very haunted senior citizen complex. Shalom

At Maricopa at the UA campus, that woman was the daughter of a wealthy man who donated Maricopa hall to the school. It was in the process of being built when she found her fiancé cheating and hung herself from the second story. She is mostly found in the second floor bathroom

St. Katherine Drexel died in Cornwell Heights, Pennsylvania, not Tucson, Arizona. Must be someone else. Also, I only mean this because you would want to know, but I've noticed this in many of your videos. "Donning" does not mean "Wearing". It means putting clothes on. Unless America is full of ghosts getting dressed in front of witnesses, please use "wearing" or "clad in" instead. It's perfectly fine, though, to say that Lincoln's ghost was seen donning boots, because he really was seen by a maid pulling boots on while he sat on the edge of a bed.
