14:00 The table says each player would get a 2/2 when skyclave apparition dies but Skyclave is weird. From Gatherer: "If Skyclave Apparition's first ability exiled more than one card owned by a single player, that player creates a token with power and toughness equal to the sum of those cards' mana values. If the first ability exiled cards owned by more than one player, each of those players creates a token with power and toughness equal to the sum of the mana values of all cards exiled by the first ability." Doesn't matter since it never died. I remember learning this interaction from one of the harder Possibility Storm puzzles a few years back.

Best part about that is since skyclave is a 2/2 both its enter the battlefield trigger and leaves trigger are copied by delney meaning it will give those tokens twice which definitely makes it a very high risk high reward card with delney as your commander

The Pride of the Hull Clade feels a bit underwhelming as a commander, doesn't it? The lack of evasion and the 4 mana cost to make it draw cards are kinda though. Each time you get blocked and fail to draw makes the ability lowers your cards to mana paid ratio pretty hard. With Arcades, you'd have put out quite a few blockers with all that mana.

Bastion is the name of the deckbox, its like saying that Pikachu is a Pokemon. It separates it from other deckboxes.

@@alexmcgregor8658 Ahh, I see. I'm over here thinking it was some subtle "rebrand" when it's just a not so subtle, great marketing tool. 🧐 They might be onto something! Plus I think the four deck long magnetic box I've seen on Amazon even comes with a few of them to place in and separate the decks even inside the longer box. So they seem to have other applications tht satin towers n such can't really provide too. 🤔 Thanks for the feedback Alex, love the games! 😁 Keep Spiking!! 🌵

Mostly yeah. Shuffling, searching, tank time, uninteresting conversation, looking up rules, that kind of thing. We usually cut out about half of the total game time.

Have to say some cool looking decks although yal seemed to have missed my personal favorite peice of anzrag tech that being maze of ith although it seems you took a way different approach to closing out the game by actually using combat damage as opposed to me trying to use combat triggers and zur-tah druid

May have been better to have cast anzrag the turn the dolmen gate came down, and then play the gate the turn after when the mole can attack. Not sure it would hava made much difference but i feel like this commander wants to swing early & often

nykthos was def a problem but there really wasn't enough emphasis on removing delney by the other players, even if the logic is that Aaron is just gonna cast it again I would think it's beneficial to at least interrupt his advancing of his board state and make him spend the extra mana so things like the moonshaker don't come out as quickly idk

Perhaps I'm missing something on board, but couldn't they have killed Aaron? Eliot could have responded to the Soul's fire by tapping Tree of redemption targeting Aaron to take him to 13 then Soul's fire does the 14 damage

Tree of redemption only exchanges with its controller. I think you're maybe thinking of Tree of Perdition.
