He throws lighter weights for Teebirds and I think destroyers for the same reason...if there's a mistake, it's on him, not the disc. Also more control that way. Amazing production Jamie.

Brandon Schmuker bruh...........bruuuuuuuh...most underrated comment....I gas that disc...can get it to hyzer pure, slightly flip and ride or really s out...either way it glides great and hits the ground pretty calmly...

ive since abandoned the krait for 4 thunderbirds..all in the bag...with 4 roc3s...lots of others too but the krait was starting to be a nuisance...too much dome for how I like to grip a disc...threw in a pro wraith in its place and a cfr gummy orc.

Question for Paul, or any Pro. With a huge sponsor like Innova, you have access to possibly hundreds of the same disc; for example many many many types of Thunderbirds, Roc3s etc. When choosing brand new discs, how do you decide which one works best for you?

Nathan Baer just grab a Star Rancho Roc....its deff THE OS Roc...I bag a star rancho, a dx rancho and a champ r3...the star rancho is for any shot that needs to hook left.period. the champ r3 is what its for longer straight shots that still hook up a bit at the end and everyone needs a dx roc ;)

I wonder why you dont see too many top guys throwing the Boss..surprising. The big boys seem way more into the destroyer.. I get it that you can get 500 out of a destroyer, but doesnt everyone want just a little more? The boss seems just was consistent as a destroyer to me.

In my experience the boss is far too overstable to be of any use on the course, and I would consider myself a power thrower. A poppy destroyer's flight path is perfect for control at long distances, whether it's brand new or beat in. And honestly, you rarely ever need more than 500, even on professional level courses. That's my opinion anyways- I've been playing for 8 years.

I agree brother I lunch the boss a lot further than the destroyer...but I guess they like the consistency it's impossible to turn over I like them both but I swear by the boss and would recommend it to any big arm out there

Consistancy and control is better then raw potential D. Everyone throws bosses in the desert when they are going for the world distance record. Destroyers are for when you need to hit a precise line.

also makes me wonder what kind of tool would actually buy his discs......meaning that after the original tool stole em, his intent had to be to make bank on each disc and I personally, would feel like a complete pos even buying one or knowing the whereabouts of those discs without getting in touch with Paul...bec if you think about it, only "fans" would want to buy Paul's discs but what kind of fan would take part in stealing the Champs livelihood?

It's control and you don't have to kill the disc to have it go up to speed. When you throw 600+ feet with a destroyer, why would that extra 15 feet matter? Almost all pros sponsored by innova throws destroyers. I remember feldberg threw bosses a long time ago when he was with innova but that's the only one I really know to throw bosses. I throw destroyers because they feel better in my hand than bosses.

Devon Bourget no they aren't, bosses are -2/2 turn and fade so 13 5 -2 2...not even close...those are gassed up beasts and he couldn't put his throw on a boss they would flip too much.

Synapsis​ no bosses are 13 5 -1 3 for sure at least thats what they are listed as. I dont agree with the flight numbers and dont like.bosses but that's their flight numbers for sure

snaps, my bad I was thinking of the dominator I guess but I think that's -1 2...fair enough...but...as far as mcbeast goes, it still remains about his arm speed if he throws a destroyer 500 it maybe that he might throw a boss 450...or taking a stable version of bother 450-400...maybe not 50ft worth of play but that one speed rating can make a diff besides the extra rim depth...ive had a nuke ss and found a Vulcan...I have big hands but I cant really get a great positive grip on a speed 13 (nor should I be throwing a speed 13)...the destroyer rim is pretty big but its ok....really my fav rim is a 9 speed rim (thunderbird, orion) but 11's are right at the point of great speed and a tight rim grip.
