@@gurmanbrar8945 so many different ones. I started with solfeggio frequencies then went from there. I used binaural beats for pain when I scratched my cornea. That was everything. I sleep every night usually with something. Read somewhere 417 hz is suggested for sleeping with as it helps get rid of negative energy from the day but I do try different hz depending on what I feel I need. I find the Schumann Resonance helpful at least once a week overall. I’m really enjoying sleeping to “brown noise” lately. It’s reallllly nice. KZbin supplies a plethora of options so we are incredibly fortunate to have them widely available.

Sometimes you just automatically say harsh things to yourself. Your thoughts cannot be lovin all the time becasue life has peculiar way to annoy you. But of course you can observe it and that is the way to freedom to see your thoughts coming and going. And even if you are annoyed you can still connect to love feelings.. Of course some say listen to HZ music but I feel it guite annoying and I get irritatted so maybe its good just to listen music that you like and that make you feel emotions and feels right for current mood.

I wish they told us how to focus on, what to focus on, what it does and what it feels like. Yeah sure focus on love and acceptsbce, but the fact is lots ofbpeople need to understand how to do that, what it feels like, and conceptually what its all doing so they can harbess and grow that power for themselves. Ao far gaia seems to me like sensationalized ted talks or something. Yes they are talking ABOUT real things but what are they really talking about? Not to mention they seem to be propogating a false narrative of believong there are gods higher than us, eho created us, that we must look up to. Which fundamentally undermines us coming into the power of ourselves, evolving and developing our sense of self. Gwtting ib the way of our true evolution. Almost as if "they" are using bits of truth to try and hijack the spiritual movement into a narrative which suits their needs, of keeping our consciousness in a limited state. Maybe someone or something on some level came in to make modifications to humans, but the fact is that humanity evolved over millions of years, from the earth, from non physical to physical. And monkeys are a devolutionary split of individuals, not something which led into humans.
