As a 12 yr old kid in rural northern Michigan, I spent a lot of my time outside in the woods, in the pines. I'd get up early on a weekend day, get dressed and go out to the woods, I was compelled I had a craving for it because it just felt so good to be out there and I had to do it. It was a deep pure feeling of maybe awe, way more than just observing peaceful nature, I was entranced by the beauty. I remember clearly, walking into the trees after a heavy snow, finding a good spot and just sitting, leaning against a tree, soaking up what I can only describe as magnificence. I'd literally feel a strong vibration flowing all around and through me, and everything felt perfect. I thought it's so perfect I can feel it, this is what perfect feels like. I've since concluded that the trees were somehow talking to me. Been a long time but those times stand out in my life, I've not felt that feeling from anything else.

Well, I'm a music nut and I have been a musician most of my life. I've known all along that music has an effect on people. We could see it every night on the dance floor by what songs people responded to. Harmony is pleasing to the human ear but dissonance is not. I'm convinced that the Beatles were the best musical group in history and I think it was based on the harmony of Lennon and McCartney. People loved hearing that harmony. When I played in an orchestra and when I sang in a large choir there were moments when everybody in the room felt something. We had perfectly harmonized on a single note and held it and it sent a chill down your spine. I just can't say enough about the benefits of music. I can remember every song I've ever heard. Definitely, music can heal and I think every town in America should play music in the town square at least every weekend.

In my novel, Soothing The Savage Beat, by E. Augustine, I describe a future dystopian world where 'sensible' music has long been forgotten. But one man tries to revive the likes of Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, and many others, believing that such music can restore sanity to a world gone mad. But he also knows what comes around goes around again. The hard part is to convince others to listen. In this future, broken world, the government controls and provides the basic needs to a populace that was forced into dependency. But even the government knows entertainment is essential. Along with music, it provides jobs, food, clothing, housing, and drugs. Cities are walled, people are content, and life is intentionally short. And the only surviving music is ear-punishing, senseless, and mind-killing. But how the world came to this condition was no surprise. How we got there was easy to see. And the way the world is today should tell us what to expect. Music has power. The ancient Greeks believed it. Most cultures do too. We must use this power before nothing makes sense. And we are going there fast. Music is therapy, and we desperately need both.

But did you know that some sounds can be pleasant for one person but erie for someone else? That's because we relate some sounds to past experiences with sounds that sound the same.

@@nobody1k the sound realigns the chakra system. There is a playlist on youtube it plays one bowl at a time the video shows a coloured bowl. Start at your base chakra it is red , learn where they are all located and the corresponding colour. As you listen to each 4 minute video in your minds eye visualize that chakra filling with the corresponding colour and then allow your body to fill with its colour ...go through the steps of each coloured bowl. Also you can add herbs rhodiola and ashwagandha are both amazing for stress and anxiety , find them in tincture form you just need a little when you feel out of sorts and it will make you calm and give energy at the same time. 😘 If you do it while having a bath the water amplifies it. My first experience was with the bowls in person so if you do not feel a connection to the videos seek out a one on one or group session😁

I was cured of chronic pain I had for many years in 3 days...by accident! I bought a Glazyrin Alpha jaw harp because I thought they sounded neat and got this very psychedelic "electric" feeling, like my nerves had just woke up in my body. It's difficult to describe but I felt very high for 3 days but also noticed my pain was gone. 3 weeks later I'm still feeling surprisingly well! I'm playing my haw harp for about 20 minutes, 3 times a day. I'm not religious, I really don't believe in magical happenings but something very strange happened and I feel so much better now. I was in so much pain this year, I almost gave up my favorite sport. Just on the internet trying to figure out what may have happended to me. It's really odd happening but it may help others. Jaw harps vary greatly but I found my Glazyrin alpha on Amazon, just wished I'd tried this sooner.

I’m really curious to know what the basis of each of the “prescriptions” was? What determined the different X values? “40hz for X mins, X days a week, for X weeks” And, if the prescriptions had the positive results at these values- would increasing the “doses” have increased the positive results more? For example, what would the difference in results be of someone treated w/ 40hz for 30 mins a day for 2 days a week was instead treated w/ 40 hz for 60 mins a day for 7 days a week? Is there a harmful effect from receiving “too high/too much dosage of 40hz treatment” or perhaps just diminishing returns after “X Mins per treatment and Days per week” that make “increasing dosage” just kind of pointless? I’D LOVE TO KNOW THE ANSWERS TO THESE QUESTIONS! So fascinating!

I may be able to explain this ,not comprehensively but on the surface I'm getting ready to have an AO scan and I've been researching it and they're corrective therapy are frequencies on headphones that also press on the bone next to your temple so that the vibration goes through your body. they do it lightly in increments because if you force it too fast the body will reject it I suppose because of symbiosis or stasis. So I guess "easy does it" is the best therapy This is hard for me cuz I'm an extremist I want to take my two great big tower speakers and put on each side of me and put every frequency in me that I can!!!

Thankyou, it never fails to surprise me, that more music isn’t used for healing people. Humans are a field of vibration energy, so it would appear that a human body, in disharmony, becomes ill. Sound at certain levels, we know can be soothing, relaxing the body. Where as heavy machinery, constant white sound, sadly isn’t soothing. Mankind has many wonderful material goods, within the modern day environments. Sadly mankind also, has become detached from nature. Walking on the earth, enjoying fresh air, listening to wild animals, bird song and seeing green vegetation, all are beneficial. A question, that many people ask, being why do we separate ourselves from nature and live in artificial concrete jungles. No greenery, in many of these environments, often high pollution of air and detrimental white sound. Hopefully mankind will evaluate present day detrimental environments. Then realising all the fantastic benefits that sound used skilfully can heal people. That medical chemical approaches, aren’t always the ideal answer, as many of them have unwelcome side effects, because people’s immune systems, sometimes actually works against the various, pills and injections. Agree there are many patterns and we are just beginning to see many patterns unfold. Lovely work you are doing. (I worked in hospital as a nurse for many years, so have observed many illnesses over the years.) whenever l’m below par , l do gentle relaxing yoga, both physical postures and chanting sounds. I’m blessed as it always works for my body. (Appreciate many illnesses need different approaches, so many medical staff, work tirelessly to help their patients.) However life is change. Perhaps it’s time to restructure our healing approaches to today’s patients. Best wishes to you and all your viewers.☺️
