I tried Sezane pants a couple of times but I will never waste my time again. They are just not made for people with curves at all! Their sizing is a bit offensive to be honest 😂. I still love their blouses. Anyways... Thanks for the video. It's great to see more curvy fashion bloggers here because it normalizes curvy body types. ❤

girl 100% I just cannot understand their pants sizing. their tops are great but I stay away from the buttoms. I'm glad you think this way. This is exactly the reason why I started my channel. xxx

Im so glad you mention that the Curve Love in Abercrombie doesn't necessarily fit a curvy body and you are curvy. Ive tried the curve love 3 times and its always fit very odd on my curves. Im going to try their regular bext time. Thanks for that detailed info.

yup, story of our lives sis. i love my curves tho. I just have accepted that I have to invest in tailoring whenever I get a new bottoms.

Have you ever tried American Eagle Curvy Jeans? We have a similar shape & the American Eagle fit me PERFECT! I've never had to tailor their jeans. You should try them if you haven't.

Yes! I’m 5’1 and pear shaped. I have NEVER wanted to tailored any of my AG pants and jeans.

So interesting. I am also very curvy. Almost identical measurements as you. Ive recently tried on so many Abercrombie Curve Love jeans. They didn't have many size 29 at all, but i was shocked that the non Curve Love fit me better than the Curve Love. The issue is at the "small of the back". Thats where these companies get it all wrong. Its so frustrating. I want to scream, "You can't just make the waist smaller." They need to pinch in at the small of the back area, just like a tailor would. Anyway, thats my 2 cents. Love your review. Thank you

I really appreciate the amount of work and detail you put into this video. More than anything it showcases that everyone's body is different and it's very rare that stiff material garments off the rack will fit everyone perfectly, even if you are a small size. I am a pear shape, approximately my waist is S and my hips are M, so I get jeans in a M and they always gape around my waist. Tailoring is the best option, you just look so much more put together when clothes fit properly.

Thank you so much for this lovely comment. I 100% agree with you. I do think it’s possible for brands to be more inclusive when it comes to sizing and fit but on the other hand it’s just impossible to make clothes that fit every single body perfectly. That’s why I’m a firm believer in getting things tailored too! It just elevates a look so much more when your clothes fit your body to a perfection. I’m willing to pay a little bit extra to achieve that.

Thank you so much for this content. As a jeans lover also my top 3 go to jeans are the J Crew Curvy , Good American (very pricey), and Express. I’m tall at 5’8 so I like long legged boot cut. Ralph Lauren has a nice curvy line too very pricey but worth it.

Thanks for sharing your opinion and doing the leg work for us curvy girls. I struggle with finding a good tailor to take in the waist of my jeans to fit me properly. Great video... the arket jeans looked best on u. If u have not done so before, perhaps u can try mango "new grace" jeans or a high rise version. The wash may be an issue for u but the texture is up your alley

Ever tried madewell curvy? I’m just curious. Also Abercrombie has many washes so you can try one that works better for you. Also I’d recommend you try the curve love line but a size down. May give you the space in the hip but no gap in waist since it adds the extra 2inches in hip and thighs. The fit would be summer to the standard 29 but better waist fit.

I haven't tried madewell. The shipping and returns to where I live is tricky. But I've heard good things about them. I've tried different sizes of A&F they all still leave a gap. But like I said in the video, that doesn't keep me from buying from a brand.

They’re a better fit, but I still have a huge gap in my waist. No matter what I always have to take my bottoms to alterations. I am very thick and curvy. It is what it is. I just gotta get stuff taken in.
