I partially disagree. Dooku doesn't care about the Sith, they're just a means to an end - that end being the forceful removal of the corruption in the republic, and in the Jedi Order. If the Jedi are actively working to remove the corruption in the republic, they would realize just how blind they've been to everything, and start to work towards making the order better overall. This means that Dooku would no longer have a motivation to try and take over the republic, so he'd just go into hiding or something.

Then dooku using a code that's not under his name to destroy the droid army and then going into exile where he lives out the rest of his days. Though always wondering if he could of done this, by the Jedi's side. He got what he wanted, but his punishment is that he never gets to enjoy.

​@ShadeDergon97 There's a lot more to the corruption in the Republic than just Sidious and his cronies, and the Jedi don't have the means or authority (or likely the will) to eliminate it. At the end of the day, the Republic Senate and administration were still corrupt cesspits and the Republic itself was still core-centric in culture and willfully neglectful of citizens in the outer-rim. Imo, without the false hope of the "Sidious takes over and radically reforms the Republic" plan, Dooku's plan B just ends up being doing it himself by genuinely trying to win the war and effectively replace the Republic government with the CIS one he can largely control and shape in as much of the galaxy as possible. Palpatine, at the end of the day, just exploited systemic problems within the Republic which were already very much there and prevalent before he got involved in politics.

I love how the two random battle droids have a brief existential crisis before activating the ship's self-destruct, little details like that always make your what-ifs feel even more like real Star Wars. What if Palpatine CARED for Dooku, essentially starting to look at him like an equal/brother and so spare him from his death and loss of his hands, maybe by the end of the scenario Palpatine and Dooku rule the Galaxy together with both the Republic and Separatists Merging back to this new multipolar empire without more conflict. It could be interesting to see how Anakin fits in the equation, maybe by the end of the scenario he never turns to the dark side and goes into hiding with Obi-Wan on Tatooine and his kids (maybe with Padme too but that’s on you).

What if at 7:50 instead of Dooku saying that he should be in control of the a new system, Dooku says that he does not want the war to continue and asks anakin and kenobi if there is anything that they want to do about the corruption in the senate, while emphasizing the slavery and Anakin's childhood as a slave on Tatooine? Perhaps Dooku can use the droid army to serve the people of the outer rim instead of fighting the republic? Maybe some kind of an understanding can be reached?

Please part II! Also, What if Revan (Revan Reborn) wasn't found in stasis until the first year of the clone wars? That would mean that Revan in his prime would be alive and well, and Darth Vitiate's spirit would still be dormant since Revan didn't awake his spirit at Yavin.

Whilst I cannot say I am a massive fan of how Dooku went down in reguards to not having much a redemption as it were it would have been a neat idea to possibly have Obi Wan talking to Dooku during the duel trying to reason with him maybe even bringing up Qui Gon potentially all be it not turning out too differently beyond Dooku surviving the crashed ship (force sensitives have survived worse) having moments of doubt and questions while he also waited for rescue/evac from the separatists. Possibly even seeing the Force ghost of Qui Gon to convince him to come forward and confess everything to the republic and repaired the damaged system and remove its corruption.

This was amazing. I’ve been a fan of your videos for a while and it’s always fun to see your interesting SW what if’s. It was also fun to see Dooku having visions of Anakin defeating him getting shown some love. This is definitely an interesting scenario and it should definitely get shown some more love. Plus I think we can all agree that this is probably one of the most interesting/unique scenarios in SW…but it’s a welcome one. Also if Dooku did have visions of Anakin defeating him…then it would definitely be an interesting opportunity to show another side of his character and make him even more interesting. It was also nice to see Dooku coming back to his senses/realization getting shown some love, since he’s one of the best Force wielders to exist and definitely made us all proud. Plus it was nice to see Dooku staying true to his core beliefs…afterall it was nice to see him have that strong resolve, afterall Dooku is one of the best dulists ever, so it was nice to see Dooku still wanting to help the galaxy despite everything, since he knows that there’s still good in the galaxy. Also it’s always nice to see just how strong Dooku’s resolve truly is. Great job as always and I can’t wait to see what you do next. I do have a few ideas for some possible what if’s: 1) What if Rey was a Mandalorian…essentially what if Din Djarin found Rey and took her in as a Foundling. 2) What if Ezra was a Mandalorian…something like how both his parents were Mandalorians who left Mandalore and went to start their own lives (you could still keep most of Ezra’s backstory) and potentially make Ezra and Sabine a couple (since Disney won’t, we have too…#ezrabine4ever. 3) What if Jango Fett and/or Boba Fett Joined the Republic…I think something interesting could happen with this. 4) What if Rey, Finn and Poe went back in time to the Clone Wars…this would make the World Between Worlds even more of an important focal point and I could also see them get along well with Anakin, Ashoka, Rex and the rest of the 501st (it would be fun to see Rey, Finn and Poe join the 501st) I hope these are some amazing ideas for some potential What if’s

What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme (Pentre Patrol did his version), Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

What if Palpatine changed his plans and went along with Dooku’s vision of how the Empire would turn out. In his version, Dooku would place all the blame for the war on Grevious. Anakin would be turned and lead an army of new Sith warriors or inquisitors, while Dooku would be Palpatines right hand man. This version is explained in the Legends Revenge of The Sith novelization. Palpatine and Dooku spoke about it in the novel just before Anakin and Obi-Wan got to the spire

Rarely do I comment but your stories are great. At 51 yrs old I've been a Star Wars fanatic almost all my life. I watched Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi in the theater as a child and was hooked. What about if Anakin was trained by Darth Bane? He created a holocron so maybe have him find it as a Padawan? May have to be a longer story to not feel rushed, but you definitely have the talent, skill, and imagination to make it work!

Part 2 sounds interesting, especially since he would have to deal with needing prosthetics and possibly more depending on his injuries. The only thing that was iff is Anakin didnt learn about Padme's pregnancy until after the landed the Invisible Hand, but thats a tiny nitpick. Awesome story, I usually enjoy your takes and the few I don't enjoy are usually just due to my own personal preferences.

No way Dooku could kill Palpatine so easily. Would have been a better story if Dooku told the truth to Anakin and Obi-Wan, before fighting them. The 3 of them could have prevailed. Furthermore, Grievous is beaten very easily by Obi-Wan on ROTS novelisation, whereas in your story, Obi-Wan needs Anakin.
