That’s one of the biggest flaws of the prequels. They don’t really make sense for leading into Darth Vader or the Original Trilogy. Or even the Jedi Purge. Hell, just normal brain changes from life experiences and memories would probably cripple the chips and depending on when they’re implanted, the brain’s growth as the clone grew would dislodge it anyway.

you mean Palpatine's plan that succeeded flawlessly where he was able to take advantage of the fact that the jedi grew lazy and complacent and used the fact that they treated Anakin like a red headed step child. All Palpatine really did was show Anakin the respect he was due as a human being let alone a member of the Jedi. Let us not forget that this argument given in this video falls apart at the 3 minute mark because it shows Obi-wan as something other then the Arogant jackass that thinks hes always right. He did not believe Doku then he WOULD NOT believe him now. In fact all this did was make Obi-wan a traitor to everything he claimed to up[hold in which case Anakin would of then had to confront Obi-wan right there. and in this confrontation would likely of beat him.

So this information here is actually not well known: the reason Anakin was refused the title of Jedi master was actually because he did not even meet the qualifications to become one, that being - becoming a knight, and raising your own padawan to knighthood. They can use the force to sustain movements like how you see Yoda when he fights Dooku and Sideous in ROTS but it’s incredibly taxing. If you compare Anakin and Obi Wan’s fights with Dooku over the course of the clone wars over each engagement they do progressively better. Of course anakin had grown a lot more powerful but Dooku was still the superior swordsman.

Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories. Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself. What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder. What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia. What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance.

Long term what happens to the Clones and the GAR? The Komino facility is gone and the Clones still have a short lifespan [and a glaring weakness if any information or samples of the virus survived in secret labs]. The Republic only has a limited service life for the current GAR. They would have to slowly transition to a Volunteer Military, using the older Clones as instructors/trainers and some as senior officers as they got too old for frontline service. And hopefully having good retirement programs to care for them when elderly. The general Republic would have goodwill towards them. At least there will be more money to pay for care as the entire fleet and ground vehicles won't be mothballed in order to be replaced with more numerous but less capable designs. If the Cloning facilities could be rebuilt (and there were other locations), then prehaps new Clones could be made, and the DNA modifications altered to give them longer lifespans. That would have serious benefits as not only would they have a longer service life (what if they had longer than Human norm, such as twice the lifespan) but could also spend far longer in training beforehand, thus being even more competent and prehaps adding skillsets for acting as police as well as soldiers, for peacekeeping duties. Prehaps even anti corruption enforcers and investigators that can actually be trusted not to be turned. A seriously upgunned Judicial Force. With no meatgrinder occurring, they could be more bespoke warrior poets, as there would be no war of attrition. But the GAR should really invest in a few different genetypes as donors and not have all their eggs in the one genetic basket. The Clone Wars would have revealed a few exceptional individuals that would make good templates, prehaps even some non Humans to reduce the "Human Empire" look. With this the Republic could start providing order and justice in the Outer Rim.
