This is why Steve is the greatest! Pure entertainment!

Steve is the man, he fixed the issue and stated he is taking over the special team game....also he took shots that were open and they were overthrown or dropped....we got a ways to go but each week I think the experience increase helps but practice will be hell this week

Love Steve Spurrier, I'm a Gator but root for SC when they play anyone else. So many coaches media speeches are boring but he will tell you what he is thinking for real!

Dylan's expression after Spurrier gave him the podium = priceless.

How can you not love the OBC?! He turned a bottom feeder with zero history into a top 20 program in all of cfb, on top of all that he always gives you a fantastic interview. RTR

How could SC fans EVER POSSIBLY critiscize the man who brought your team literally into existence. SC was a big fat turd before him...wish Florida would have taken him back instead.

Oh this cracked me up. A Hog fan here, but HBC always entertains. "They didn't have quite 400 yards, so that's pretty good..." And no, I haven't forgotten last year.

Essentially, this is Steve's way of telling the defensive coaches that they suck. They gotta be sweating bullets at this point.

Spurrier really did take over kickoff coverage. I don't remember this but I believe it because his last year at Fl he got mad at his DC and took over the whole defense.

i need Napier to have this attitude rn
@brandonallger179510 ай бұрын
Napier has never … and will never … have one ounce of the competitiveness and drive that HBC STILL has. Napiers just here for the 52 mil. He won the day he signed that ridiculous contract.

Embarrassing coaching as well. Why would you kick to a guy a second time when he already burned you once? 10 years at Carolina and kick coverage continues to be an issue. Also why wait till the third series of the game to run the ball, when everyone knows it is the strength of the team??
@WeAreBorg35910 жыл бұрын
I'm hoping our pass will prove to be a strength, as well. If Dylan can settle down and ease off on the power and lessen the distance just a slight bit, his passes would continually prove on-center and very well-placed, from what I've seen.
@whateverqueer53844 жыл бұрын
We get it Steve nothing is your fault even though you made millions and the players made nothing. Everybody loves this guy but he's just an arrogant old man. I'm glad he's gone so no players have to put up with him anymore.

He is showing exactly what a coach should not do. Very unprofessional on his part
@aulex482210 жыл бұрын
Trying to be politically correct all of the time is destroying sports. If you take out the emotion and prepare a bland statement with no meaning behind it there is no point in having an interview in my opinion. Steve has clearly proven to be an elite coach and wins on the field which is what counts. I would rather have an honest coach than a "professional" coach who is just going to lie and always be boring . Not suggesting you should go Richard Sherman every Saturday after a game but I always appreciated when an athlete, actor or anyone else in the light of fame spoke from their hearts.
