@fransvan8197 those that reached the ocean before they died will succumb to saltwater.. but most that washed out on the beaches yesterday was already dead for a couple of days.. they perished in The Umfolozi River because of oxygen Starvation.. same as the ones floating at the Narrows..

How the hell can the authorities even consider maintaining the umfolosi as a functional part of the system ?? All it does is it pumps sludge into the sensitive system !! Secondly how the heck can they let the sediment bar encroach by that much , are they insane , fedup with the circus , thanks Petrus with keeping us( who actually care) updated 👍👍
